Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Jul 21 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

at current time, its a bit expensive for the play/price ratio, i recon, we can finish it in 60-90 minutes, soo about 3/4€/h of gameplay: but its pretty fun and relaxing game :) would advise when on sale or maybe in the future when more content is added

beautiful and chill city builder. Great amount of content for the price
Yes
Loved this game, gripped me in the same way Banished did years ago. Simple but some hidden depth there. Chill but there is some challenge there if you set yourself goals. Super impressed and content with the amount of fun I got from this for the price point.
Nice game !
Iron Village is a charming city-building and resource management game developed and published by Lunar Chippy Games that centers its gameplay around the growth of a small settlement connected by an ever-important railway. Rather than attempting to overwhelm players with sprawling systems or complex urban simulation, the game takes a more focused approach by combining village expansion, production chains, and train logistics into a cohesive and relaxing experience. Its pixel-art presentation immediately establishes a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it clear that the emphasis is on thoughtful planning and gradual progress instead of constant pressure or survival mechanics. This approachable design makes the game appealing to newcomers while still offering enough strategic depth to reward careful decision-making. The progression begins with the essentials of creating a functioning community. Players construct homes to attract villagers before gradually expanding into farming, storage, and manufacturing. Crops become the backbone of the local economy, supplying raw materials that can be refined into increasingly valuable products through specialized workshops and shops. Proper warehouse management ensures that resources remain available when needed, encouraging players to think ahead instead of reacting to shortages. Each newly unlocked building contributes to a larger production network, creating satisfying moments as simple farms eventually support a thriving industrial village fueled by efficient organization and planning. The railway system is the defining feature that gives Iron Village its own identity among management games. Instead of existing as decorative scenery, trains are fully integrated into the economic loop. Goods produced throughout the village are shipped away for profit, while incoming trains provide opportunities to obtain additional resources and support continued development. Refueling locomotives and maintaining smooth transportation routes become essential parts of long-term success, encouraging players to balance production with logistics. The constant relationship between manufacturing and rail transport creates a rewarding gameplay cycle where every improvement to the village directly enhances the efficiency of the railway, and vice versa. As the settlement grows, new materials, production options, and upgrades become available, allowing players to steadily improve both their economy and infrastructure. The progression avoids rushing players through mechanics, instead introducing additional layers at a comfortable pace that makes experimentation enjoyable. Optimizing production chains, expanding the railway network, and unlocking new opportunities create a continuous sense of accomplishment without becoming unnecessarily complicated. The game rewards patience and smart planning, making every successful expansion feel earned while maintaining a calm and enjoyable rhythm throughout the experience. Visually, Iron Village succeeds through colorful pixel art that complements its cozy gameplay. Buildings are distinct and easy to recognize, fields of crops add life to the landscape, and trains moving through the settlement provide constant reminders of the village's economic heartbeat. The interface remains clean and accessible, allowing players to focus on planning and management without being distracted by unnecessary clutter. Combined with its peaceful atmosphere, the presentation encourages extended play sessions where players can gradually refine their settlement and enjoy watching their hard work transform a modest village into a prosperous community. Although players seeking highly detailed city simulations or large-scale strategic complexity may find its focused scope somewhat modest, Iron Village excels by committing to its core ideas. It delivers a satisfying blend of resource management, production planning, and railway logistics that feels polished and rewarding from beginning to end. Its accessible mechanics, relaxing pace, and well-designed progression create a city-building experience that is easy to learn while still offering meaningful optimization for those who enjoy refining efficient systems. By concentrating on quality over sheer scale, the game establishes its own personality within the management genre and provides an enjoyable experience for players who appreciate cozy yet strategic simulation games.
