About
Immerse yourself in the exciting world of robotics and programming in the iRobot Factory! You can create your own robot and teach it to solve tasks - simply by connecting logic blocks together.
Your robot will be completely on its own as it tackles the levels. In order for it to succeed, you have to prepare it!

Choose from a variety of building blocks and assemble your robot! Customise it to do what it needs to do in the level! Wheels allow it to move. Sensors allow it to perceive its surroundings. Gripper arms allow it to pick up objects and carry them with it.

Link logic blocks to teach your robot what to do! Programme how it reacts to the world around it so that it reaches the level's goal!
Send a signal to the wheels to make them turn. Read the signal from a sensor to extend a gripper arm at the right moment. Link several signals so that your robot can swerve out of the way when it rolls towards a wall. You can programme this and much more for your robot!

Solve tricky tasks in increasingly challenging levels - from small obstacles to big puzzles where you have to combine all your knowledge! Start by building a robot with working wheels and finish by creating complex machines that master several different tasks.

Fun Game, Sad it has a lack of attention. Loved Building a robot and puzzles were good, but i wish there was more, over all good game. 19m of play was enough not much here. i would recommend. 4/5

This game is too confusing, hard and unpredictable
Generation Z ???

This game actually caught me by surprise and now It’s easily one of my favorites. Pros: UI is pretty intuitive and the tutorials are just helpful enough. The game is also simple enough at first to ease you into the insanity that your programming becomes. It makes the thought of getting into robotics approachable. The game itself is decently built, so it functions well Cons(?): little things. I wish there were more chapters and for SOME explanations to be a little bit in depth. Some Modules don’t seem helpful and it makes me think I’m using them wrong lol. when building, there isn’t a control to rotate blocks? Other than that. Great game
Rushed, unfinished. Not terible, but not good. Finishing level without logic gates gives info about gates "you've been using". Can make flip flops, but can't set inital state, becouse state after level is kept. Sections in a level are too similar, you reluch the same robot on difrent levels. Pointles "Did you know" messages after compleating level requering that knowlage to beat. Just untested upon untested upon untested, just unfinished.
"iRobot Factory" is a fun game of waiting to see when iRobot annihilates this developer for stealing their registered trademark and using it without permission. It's an "educational" app made for iPhones from Germany. The substance is okay, but it's hard to describe this as a game.. you build simple mechanical robots and see if they can drive over a bridge or not, and other basic robotics challenges. This mobile app isn't making education better, but it does make gaming worse. This is a mobile app, made for app stores, not PC... it doesn't matter if this was ported to PC before or after the app store release, or even if this didn't even make it to the app stores. This was made for the most basic of all gaming platforms, the lowest common denominator for gaming, and it needs to be treated as such... it won't provide a high-end PC gaming experience. That fact by itself is plenty to disqualify this from being recommended to gamers on Steam. Nobody spends thousands on a high-end PC to pretend it's an iPhone and use their rig to play mobile apps and phone games. The graphics here are particularly awful, low poly minimalist placeholder stuff, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. A peak of 4 concurrent players (according to SteamDB) for a "free" game is a disastrous public reception. Out of 130 million potential players here on Steam, almost nobody was interested. Even though this is "free". That level of rejection speaks a lot for the quality of the game. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? Nope. This is just impossible to recommend to serious gamers. There's no up front price, but I still feel like I got ripped off.
