Interesting game - should be renamed "in the pursuit of the restart". This game is in the running for the most restarts ever. Other things that break it for me: -It's more of a puzzle game more than a strategy game -Cannot replay a level = disrespect for players time (I have to make a new game from the beginning - seriously?) -Why ask the player where to place units, they never move first, so it's pointless to have any attempt to form a strategy through initial placement. I place and every time the ai moves that completely nullifies what I was hoping to do. (interesting aliens apparently do not have this limitation - they get to instantly move.) - From the start things are stacked against the player, pretty much 100% of the time (i.e. you land, enemy moves, they web your guys in place, you can't move, down goes some buildings / power with ZERO chance to change the outcome. How is this fun or fair? IMO if players want that extra layer of difficulty, make it an option in settings or through difficulty and stop forcing your customers to play a certain way. (disrespectful of their time)

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Into The Breach – редкая жемчужина игровой индустрии. 10/10!
The game feels amazing to play. The pixel art is very juicy with an amazing soundtrack to accompany it. Unique pilots with different personalities makes the game feel fresh. The smallest details such as the citizens reacting to the world around them makes it feel so much more believable
I really wanted to like this game. I played FTL and absolutely loved it so I bought this game assuming I would have just as much fun. Absolutely not. This game is way way too difficult for the type of simplistic turn based strategy game it presents itself to be. It's so difficult that it feels less like a turn based strategy and more like one of the puzzle games that has a million different actions you can take and only one hyper specific solution. Do not jump into this game thinking this is some laid back strategy game like FTL. That's not what this is. This is an incredibly difficult and punishing game, which not at all what I wanted or expected from anything shown
Into the Breach is fun and worth your money! Much like Subsets previous game FTL, the progression is done through achivements which makes the game lose steam after a while. But until then it's fun, interesting, and very unique.
It's an interesting game which didn't originally click with me. Essentially it's turn based puzzle game where you can see what your enemies are going to do and it's up to you to work around those issues and achieve goals. Game offers decent amount of replayability considering it's designed around the loop of winning/losing in order to unlock features, pilots and mechs. Optimization for winning run on higher difficulty levels is somewhat nuanced and relies on luck a lot of times as enemies on each island are randomized as are rewards for each mission. You should definitely give it a shot, but if you don't like main game loop then game is probably not for you. It doesn't get better or different as the time progresses. It's just more of the same with slightly different flavor.
The only emotion this game has created in me is frustration. I can't figure out how to have fun with it. If I try to care about protecting objectives, I end up frustrated by being unable to prevent damage to things and my mechs. If I don't care, I make it a little farther before dying. I've really tried, but I haven't made it past the first island, this game makes me feel stupid.
