I came back to it recently after a single game when released. It has evolved in the right direction and I enjoyed the last games I' ve played.
great
My first contact with a 4X space exploration game was Master of Orion (2015). Despite its problems, it managed to hook me and I constantly found myself unable to stop playing "just one more turn". Later Stellaris was released, which I consider one of the top games in the genre, and for a long time I divided my time between those two games. One evening after playing Stellaris I decided to try Interstellar Space: Genesis. After about an hour I thought it wasn’t for me and uninstalled it. However, about six months later, when I felt like playing a 4X space game again, I gave it another chance — and this time I got completely hooked. Now I divide my time between all three games. Some of the things I really love in ISG are the long-range exploration with telescopes, the science exploration tree, and the culture trees that make every game feel different from the previous one. I also enjoy the scanner mechanics and the use of parsec distances. The tactical combat is probably the highlight of the game, giving you the freedom to fight truly epic battles. At the moment this is my favorite 4X game, and I’m looking forward to new content and updates in the future.
Nice game
A true hidden gem for 4X fans. The empire building is really satisfying. It’s clear the devs put a lot of care into this game. If you enjoy space strategy, this one deserves a place in your library. Highly recommended.
之前玩过一点猎户座之王重置版,所以还挺容易上手的。节奏很紧凑,系统也很丰富(比较猎户座之王)。初玩的感觉算是简化版群星吧。
Decent MOO2 clone.
i like it very much, but its bugged as hell ;). eg. commander carrier does not work ... even all fighter bays are not working. but still YES
It did not even cross my mind that this game wouldn't have multiplayer. How do you make a 4x game and not have multiplayer? What? It's MoO2. Without multiplayer. Fun for what it is.
Game is good overall but nothing that makes it that good.
