Игра невероятна, наполнена кучей мелких деталей, которые крайне интересно подмечать. Хоррором, я её, конечно, не назову, но, учитывая затрагиваемые в ней темы, ей и не надо быть страшной.

Its not a bad game by any means, so I recommend it. The story is pretty good! However I hate how you get stuck on the floor when crouching, on the walls, on the ceiling! Additionally, the stuttering, the drop in frames kinda put me off a bit. Just improvements, overall I liked the game!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I love the thrill the game gives. it definitely gives a fun challenge. also..... you have a cat.... that TALKS
what an underrated masterpiece
mediocre, boring, and janky
In sound mind is a very on the nose psychological horror (horror put lightly) game, and as an aspiring Psychologist its definitely nice seeing what I've learned actually be implemented into a video game story. While the stuff it touches on is decently basic, Its not something i'm entirely upset about as even if you don't know the terminology of what is spoken about, you can intuitively pick up on the messaging regardless. I Initially only developed interest in this game because I was searching for games to play and heard the trailer music which I later found out was created by The Living Tombstone (along with the rest of the soundtrack). Going in, I had no idea about this game, or what the story even pertained to. While the game itself is decently good, and there's interesting things I've never seen other games do, There's definitely some things to critique. One of my biggest gripes is how some mechanics and Items seem a bit aimlessly put in places for no apparent reason. The biggest one you see a lot is the broken glass shards. Initially they're used as a challenge for stealth, however I've genuinely never been in a stealth situation in the game outside of the first tape where the glass actually had any impact on said gameplay. Plus the stealth gameplay overall, at least outside of the actual parts where its mostly necessary, is pretty bad. You have zero incentive to actually stealth around normal enemies as the main advantage it even provides is just having the enemies not immediately attack you. And that would be nice, however there's rarely a time where just fighting the enemies head on is not a preferable and faster way of handling the issue. Plus there's no stealth damage bonus or anything, so even starting a fight from a stealth attack provides little to no advantage. I'd also like to say, I played the entire game on the hardest difficulty, which is usually a difficulty that would actually give stealth some merit, however its just not that hard. I took almost every fight present in the game, almost never had an issue with ammo until the final fight (which wasn't an issue overall anyway). Enemies themselves are downed in Two headshots (hardest difficulty) or can be immediately killed if you play smartly with your environment, which I almost always opted to do since hitting headshots was damn near impossible to do consistently because of a mix of how much the enemies bob left and right and also because of how big the difference was in sensitivity between normal aiming and aiming down sights. I also found the use of limited power flashlights to be an odd one. It would make more sense if you could use the flashlight with the other Items you're given, but i just rarely found myself using the flashlight as the environments overall aren't dark enough to warrant a ton of use. I never found myself running out of battery, hell I never even dropped below 60% on my whole playthrough. Theres an over abundance of supplies even on the easiest difficulty, and it does just kinda feel like they added that to kinda give it a more "survival horror" type of feel. As I was already always spamming collect on everything that had the little eye icon showing it was a collectable since you can't even see what something is because it covers it fully until you get right up to it, I feel like the game would've felt virtually unchanged if I didn't have to collect batteries. Theres like one part I can think of where the limited flashlight even had a huge effect, however I could think of multiple ways that you could achieve the same effect without draining the battery. With all that said, none of the critiques I have for the game really make it bad by any means, they're mostly just personal gripes that i'm sure a lot of people will experience, but its by no means frustrating. The gameplay itself is your typical FPS horror survival, although I'd probably compare it to Half-life or really any source game in terms of feel over like a Resident Evil or Silent hill style of gameplay. The game is a Huge collectathon, so expect going from one room to the next having to find a part of something, a key, or an opening to shoot something, throw something or grab something from. This isn't inherently a bad thing, I didn't mind and i thought the gameplay and the puzzles were unique enough to make them hard yet not require a lot of brain power to figure out, so I never really felt bored while doing any of the main objectives. The boss fights are interesting, all of them are mostly scripted and not hard at all, which once again is not a bad thing unless you really like a challenge. Spoilers for the ending:
From the moment the game began I immediately was able to tell that the Agent Rainbow was a projection of Desmond's "Shadow self" a concept which Carl Jung describes as the most undesirable parts of ourselves that we don't outwardly showcase publicly, behavior that we see as shameful or bad, repressed emotions such as anger, guilt, etc. Carl Jung believes that accepting this shadow self is key to self-actualization and becoming one with yourself. So that being said, it was not hard to really see exactly where the story was headed. That being said, the fact that a subplot was birthed that can be entirely summed up by Jung's "Shadow self" is nice because its such a simple yet personally complex idea that really demonstrates how most of psychology is.

Beyond this, the story is decent enough. Each character had their own unique mental health issues, each of which affected how people treated their situations and what they had been trying to warn people of. One could view this as an unfortunate side effect of how mental health is viewed by the broader public, or as a critique of how institutionalizing mental health issues can strip the truth of someone's suffering and life away from them allowing their experiences to be reduced down to "crazy talk." While the stories in themselves were interesting, I definitely found myself near the end of the game wanting to get through the tapes as quickly as possible. Its not that the game is boring, however the gameplay loop itself does get old after about 8-9 hours.
This is one of the best games I have ever played. So much love and thought went into it, and I am so thankful for the experience I have been able to have with this masterpiece. If you are deciding whether or not to get this game, GET IT.
First horror game i've bought, or played. Absolutely fantastic, great art, great music, great game, 10/10 Awesome lore, the main selling point for me.
