Idol Hands, developed by 樹懶叫工作室 (sloth gamer) and published by Mango Party together with LewdLoco and Mango Party News, is a management-driven simulation that blends career rebuilding mechanics with a branching narrative structure. While it presents itself with a strong emphasis on stylized, adult-themed storytelling, the underlying framework is that of a time-management game where careful planning and decision-making determine success. Beneath its surface identity lies a surprisingly structured system that rewards optimization and experimentation. The game places players in charge of managing an idol attempting to recover from a fall in popularity, and this premise naturally drives the core gameplay loop. Each in-game cycle revolves around allocating limited time and resources to various activities such as training, promotional work, and public appearances. These choices directly influence key stats, which in turn affect performance outcomes and unlock different story events. The system is easy to grasp early on, but it gradually reveals more complexity as players begin to understand how different actions interact. Building an effective routine becomes a balancing act, where prioritizing one area often comes at the expense of another. What makes the experience engaging is the way progression ties into both gameplay and narrative. Decisions don’t just alter numerical values; they shape the trajectory of events, leading to different scenarios and eventual endings. This branching structure encourages multiple playthroughs, as players experiment with alternative strategies and explore different outcomes. The sense of improvement comes not only from better stat management but also from learning how to navigate the game’s systems more efficiently. Over time, players develop a clearer understanding of optimal paths, which can be satisfying but also reduces some of the unpredictability in later runs. Mechanically, Idol Hands is built around repetition, but it manages to maintain interest through incremental variation. While the types of actions available remain largely consistent, the results evolve depending on how the character is developed. This creates a feedback loop where each playthrough feels slightly different, even if the structure remains familiar. However, once players settle into a few reliable strategies, the game’s depth begins to plateau, and the experience can start to feel routine unless new approaches are deliberately pursued. The visual presentation leans heavily into an anime-inspired style, with character artwork taking center stage. The illustrations are polished and expressive, helping to convey the tone and personality of the narrative. The interface is clean and functional, allowing players to easily track stats and manage decisions without unnecessary complexity. While the overall visual design is appealing, environmental variety is limited, as much of the game unfolds through menus and dialogue sequences rather than dynamic settings. A defining aspect of the game is its thematic direction, which may not appeal to everyone. The adult-oriented elements are closely integrated into the narrative and progression, making them a significant part of the experience rather than an optional addition. For some players, this adds a distinct identity and enhances the storytelling, while for others it may overshadow the management mechanics. Regardless of perspective, it is a central component that shapes how the game is perceived. There are also some limitations in terms of long-term engagement. Although multiple endings and branching paths provide replay value, the core gameplay loop does not evolve significantly over time. The lack of deeper mechanical layers or more varied activities can make extended play feel repetitive, particularly once the player becomes familiar with the systems. The narrative, while offering variation, does not always provide enough depth to fully compensate for this repetition. Despite these shortcomings, Idol Hands succeeds in delivering a solid management experience within its chosen framework. Its accessible mechanics, combined with meaningful decision-making and replayability, give it a foundation that is stronger than its initial presentation might suggest. It may not break new ground in the genre, but it executes its ideas competently and provides a satisfying loop for players willing to engage with its systems. In the end, Idol Hands is a focused and somewhat niche simulation that blends management gameplay with branching storytelling. Its strengths lie in its structured progression and replayable design, while its weaknesses stem from repetition and a divisive thematic approach. For players who appreciate its style and are interested in its management mechanics, it offers an experience that is both engaging and surprisingly robust beneath its surface. Rating: 8/10

ok
Peak cinema of a hentai game. Very gorgeous art and pretty easy gameplay. I got confused on some stats though, confused recordings (albums in song studio) and movies (in the movie studio). Multiple endings and scenes are all fun to unlock Overall I think this game is awesome 10/10
