The Red Cube wants to eat all of the pills in the hospital. The problem is that he has already had WAY too many! You need to collect all of the the pills in the facility so that he doesn't eat any more. Be careful though...The Cube REALLY likes his pills...

"I will make you scared of this Red Box." is, hopefully, a joke game (because I think it would be rather sad if anyone seriously thought this was genuinely good enough to publish as a real game on Steam). It's billed as a "first person action adventure" which is frankly too kind. More accurately this is a laughably bad mess of a first person "shooter" where you're in a Backrooms looking hospital and a red polyhedron shape moves around eating "pills". You have to stop it and at the same time avoid a few laughably bad hospital staff assets. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? What's the verdict? This is a "nope". While it won't necessarily cost you money, the time and hard drive space it requires could be better invested in one of the many higher-quality alternatives on Steam. Note: Joke reviews As usual, with some of the worst games on Steam, all the comedians come out of the woodwork. The vast majority of the reviews for this game are joke reviews, mocking the game for just how bad it is. The comedians give us the usual "this game cured my cancer, saved my marriage, changed my life" story... sarcastic, but not useful if you want to know if the game is worth it. Because most of the reviews are humorous but also insincere and not reflective of the actual quality of the product, the positive review score for this game should be taken with a grain of salt.

Just beat it after playing it since may and yes, its harder than you may believe, still a fun game to mess around in for a bit
One of the worst games of all time.
So to start off I would like to thank the developers and now go on with my review: The game is incredibly fun to play especially when you play with your friend (even though there is no multiplayer). It is well built and has many cool mechanics but still has it's own bit of bugs such as being able to go through the wall due to the doctor being next to one and other things. But other than that the game is good and I would recommend it to others. 10/10
I now have stage four brain cancer. I should have gotten that check up :(. Anyways, 10/10 game, would recommend.
this game gave me brain trauma and me and my friends went insane playing it
Funny game but the movement for the cube makes it way too confusing to figure out where he is, especially while I'm running around
