I am now submissive to red cubes
The reason you will become "scared" of the box is that it makes an ear piercing noise and eye singing visual when you touch it. If you're into that, check it out.

Thought it was supposed to scare me... not traumatise me for life.
This is one of the GREATEST games I have ever played in MY LIFE. The story is a wonderfully crafted MASTERPIECE, that fully shows the HORRORS of DRUG ADDICTION. The line: "The Red Cube wants to eat those pills, but he has already had WAAAAY too many." Is a DEEP and DARK line showing the TOTALLY FRICKED UP MENTAL STATE of the Red Cube from I will make you scared of this Red Box Video Game. and that is why the story is so DEEP and EMOTIONAL. The SOUNDTRACK is absolute GENIOUS, The MUSIC really makes you FEEL ALL THE VIBES and ATMOSPHERE. The main theme gives a SENSE OF DREAD like NO OTHER. The GRAPHICS are incredibly UNIQUE and WELL CRAFTED, this game graphically competes with AAA TITLES whilst being incredibly well OPTIMIZED for such UNFATHOMABLE GRAPHICS. The Characters are ICONIC and WELL WRITTEN with even BETTER VOICE ACTING by the CREATOR OF THE GAME. His range is incredible, he's able to make voices that PERFECTLY FIT THE CHARACTERS, and that is just something to behold. The GAMEPLAY is ORIGINAL and FUN, Inspiring MANY other indie titles such as: Baldi's Basics in Education and learning, and uh... Baldi's Basics +. OVERALL: This is the MOST IMPRESSIVE, INSPIRATIONAL, and GOOD game I have EVER PLAYED, 10/10!!!!!
very difficult and fun. the red box fills me with impending doom.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
this game genuinely ruined my life, i showed this game to my 6 year old son thinking it was a nice family friendly game but it was in fact NOT. the jumps care was way too scary for him so when he went home to his mothers house (we've been divorced since 2019) he told his mother that i scared him and he never wanted to go back. but that wasn't the end, she also sued me for emotional damages to my own son and gained 500,000. this then caused me to loose my apartment because i couldn't pay the rent, loose my car to make money for the rent, get 4 jobs and then i finally payed it off only to find out my apartment was robbed and all my valuables were gone, my silver, my gold, my rubies, my emeralds and my diamonds. i finally decided to man up and play the game and this was what he was afraid of? after i found this out i said that my son will never see me again or receive any money ever again and will never have a father figure in his life. this game has given me so much pure rage and agony that is boiling inside me as i type this that i've broken the keys on my keyboard. 10/10 would play again
i screamed about 1 minute in. Look like when i have sex. i recommend
Ignore my thumbs down, I don't really recommend this game, but I also recognize something here that makes it worth trying at least once. Red Box is not a good game. It's a decent concept at best, but the execution is very poor. The implementation of mechanics isn't much better. It often feels like the game wasn't tested by the developer. Or it was and they changed things afterwards for "the funny." Red Box is a Baldi's basics clone. I want to call it "inspired" but a lot of things are adapted so poorly that they might as well be copied. These are things like the pills, the red box itself, and the hospital "npc's." The latter of these being annoyingly unfair rather than roadblocks that require strategy to overcome. The nurse has the capability of locking you down repeatedly for long periods of time. In later stages when the cube is faster, this is always a death sentence. Not sometimes. Always. The spider is much the same with the exception of being able to stun through the effect. The doctor blocks off pills that you find. Well, kind of. You can easily clip into him to gather the pills and you can even use him to clip through walls. That detail would be great if the cube didn't move based on your location at all times. Meaning it will teleport through walls if it pleases. This makes the game nigh impossible past the seventh pill. With that, the cube moves so fast that stunning it offers zero benefits. Considering the speeds it moves at tier 7, I doubt that tiers 8 or 9 are even possible to beat at all. I can see the potential here despite everything going on. This screams "first time project for school" and while I can respect that, I can also respect the potential talent the dev has. Honestly, if you're reading this, try to polish this up a bit. Learn a bit more about game design and programming. You could potentially be able to make something really good! All and all, try it out if you see it on steam. It's not going to kill you, but don't expect to be able to beat it. Believe me, I've tried. I fully believe everyone who got the achievements for it cheated them in.
