Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Wow. This is a SUPER fast-paced awesome arcade shooter. It made me fee like I was actually sitting in front of an arcade console. The bouncing is KEY in this, but you can't forget to shoot either! I had a LOT of fun with this game. Thank you, Flump Studios, for providing me with what I'm sure will be hours of fun!

Hyper Bounce Blast is a fast-paced arcade shooter that thrives on constant motion, precision, and controlled chaos, delivering an experience that feels both nostalgic and mechanically inventive. Developed by Flump Studios and published by Funbox Media Ltd, the game takes familiar shoot-’em-up foundations and rebuilds them around a single, defining mechanic: bouncing. Rather than running freely across an arena, players are perpetually propelled upward, turning vertical movement into both a defensive necessity and an offensive tool. This simple idea reshapes every encounter, giving the game a unique identity that immediately sets it apart from more traditional arcade shooters. Movement is the heart of Hyper Bounce Blast, and mastering it is essential to survival. Touching the ground leaves the player exposed, while staying airborne provides safety from most incoming threats, forcing players to think rhythmically about every jump and landing. This creates a constant tension between maintaining altitude and lining up shots, as enemies flood the screen with bullets, lasers, and environmental hazards from all directions. The result is a gameplay loop that feels almost musical, where timing and flow matter just as much as raw reflexes. Success comes from learning how to control momentum, anticipate enemy patterns, and exploit brief windows of opportunity while airborne. Combat complements this movement-focused design by encouraging aggressive, high-risk play. Shooting enemies while maintaining bounce chains builds multipliers and charges powerful abilities, rewarding players who commit fully to the game’s fast tempo rather than playing cautiously. The longer you stay alive and in control, the more destructive you become, but a single mistimed landing or poorly judged dodge can end a run instantly. This risk-reward balance keeps tension high and ensures that even experienced players remain fully engaged, as complacency is quickly punished. Variety is provided through multiple game modes that reinterpret the core mechanics in different ways. Arcade-style modes emphasize endurance and score chasing, while time-based challenges and competitive tournaments push players to optimize routes and strategies under pressure. Online leaderboards add an extra layer of motivation, turning personal improvement into a global competition. While the game’s overall structure is straightforward, these modes help maintain replayability by encouraging different playstyles and goals, whether that means surviving longer, scoring higher, or executing cleaner, more efficient runs. Visually, Hyper Bounce Blast adopts a bright, energetic aesthetic that supports clarity and readability during intense action. Enemies, projectiles, and hazards are clearly distinguishable even when the screen fills with chaos, which is crucial for a game that demands split-second decision-making. The visual style leans into retro arcade sensibilities without feeling dated, striking a balance between nostalgic charm and modern polish. The electronic soundtrack reinforces this identity, driving the pace forward with pulsing rhythms that heighten the adrenaline and make each session feel like a concentrated burst of arcade intensity. The difficulty curve can be demanding, especially for players unfamiliar with physics-driven movement or high-speed shooters. Early mistakes are common, and the game offers little in the way of hand-holding, instead expecting players to learn through repetition and experimentation. While this can be intimidating at first, it ultimately contributes to the satisfaction of improvement, as each small breakthrough feels earned. Over time, patterns become readable, movement more fluid, and survival more instinctive, transforming frustration into mastery. In the end, Hyper Bounce Blast succeeds by committing fully to its core idea and building everything else around it. It doesn’t rely on narrative or expansive content, instead focusing on delivering a pure, skill-driven arcade experience that rewards precision, confidence, and perseverance. For players who enjoy intense shooters, score chasing, and mastering unconventional movement systems, it offers a compact but deeply engaging challenge. Hyper Bounce Blast may be small in scope, but within that space it delivers a thrilling, finely tuned experience that captures the essence of arcade action while carving out a distinctive identity of its own. Fairly short, but very fun with an incredible soundtrack!
good game
Leaderboards are completely broken, yielding a wall of error text, and the game doesn't support a local scoreboard - so you can't easily keep track of your personal bests.
It's a fun game, but the leaderboards are broken and there's no way to save scores locally as far to my knowledge. To me that's a crippling flaw with any arcade game on Steam and because of this, I can't recommend the game.
This is an amazing 80s arcade game with modern sensibilities. The confluence of the mechanics is intoxicating -- the shooting, jumping, combos and risk/reward elements really pull me in. This is something I'll be coming back to long enough that it will certainly be a worthwhile purchase for me. If you like arcade games that require skill and blend different genres then you will likely feel the same as me.
