bought this game because i missed the free key from your 9gag post, lol i play this game on 1680x1050 monitor (i know, it's not your usual monitor resolution). if i play on fullscreen, the screen will be cropped, left and right part is missing. so i played on windowed mode, smaller resolution. it would be great if the game support not only 16:9 scale but also other scale like 16:10 or maybe older 4:3 monitor. next, it would be better if we can use ESC key as "back" button instead of clicking X button on the screen character movement is responsive, no input lag or i just don't feel it at all slow and curved ranged attack insist you to calculate it's projectile movement. these increased the difficulty and become more challenging for people who usually plays game, but i think it would be a little bit too difficult for casual gamer. well it depends on your market target. PC Spec: Xeon E3-1270 V2 (IvyBridge), RX 480 8GB, 16GB RAM. using epic setting. about >75fps on tutorial area, and drops about 60 on the area after that. >180fps on trader area. i think this game have a great prospect in the future. i love the low-poly models and the world design. still haven't played for long because I have to get back to my work (will try to play again later) wish you all the best in developing this game, cheers! *sorry for my bad english
Hulì is a beautiful game, although very difficult. The landscapes are all beautiful and colorful, even if the story behind it is very dark. I recommend it to everyone even if it is not finished yet, because it is already playable and promises to become a beautiful game!
It's not a bad premise but attacking using the controller didn't work and the maze is incredibly frustrating: insta kill traps and a requirement that you start from the beginning each time. It might get better through early access. https://youtu.be/hawXTM1wAkk
After almost 10 hours of playing this game I can finally give my opinion on it. I’ll start by saying that we’re looking at something that is closer to an “Alpha” version rather than a real “Early Access”, however “Hulì the Mage” looks very promising. The game, due to its lack of instructions or guidance, encourages the player to explore the different environments available and to look for the many objectives that can be found in the game, which makes the progression of the story far from easy. The “cartoonish” graphics, the rewarding fights and a very intriguing story represent the true strength of the game. However, we’re looking at a still unripe product, with a few “bugs” on the technical and mechanical level of a game that still needs some adjustments, but this version being one of the firsts, there’s still a lot of room for improvement. Anyways, it was fun playing it and therefore I feel like recommending it. I will surely play again after a few updated versions of the game are developed to check out its improvements.
I start by saying that i haven't played a lot yet, but the premises seem very good! It is certainly a game still in development, but the colors and environments are truly beautiful and relaxing, even if the story does not seem very happy. The game seems particulary difficult as it is actually said in the description, but i don't think there is anything that cannot be overcome with a little experience! I hope for future updates to improve the menu graphics, but otherwise it's really well done! Then for what it costs, especially on a discount, it is practically a gif! Recommended! :)
Early Access Game indeed... spawned in to weird controls meet a fox furry dude told to go to "Deadly" sound nice right? nope... i get to deadly first thing that happens is im stuck by insta lightning, taking away 1 of the 2 hearts u have. then a zombie or Zomby... spawns that runs faster than i am and slaps me making the zone start all over. spawned again. fell into a hole and out the world. then the immortal monster zacky spawned and kill me and i quit the game... done with that why do zombys and skelys take 15 fireballs to kill?!? like jeeez
