FREAKING FANTASTIC INDIE GAME, loved it!! I was actually extremely pleasantly surprised by how tight the controls are which is my main praise, the game feels extremely good and fun to play on a technical basic level, which is imo the most important thing. Swapping characters, healing, repairing and doing damage to build up stuns all happen extremely fast and exactly when you want them to, which makes the combat snappy and fun. The game is also more or less a boss rush, with some little extras and optional bosses thrown in, which is a nice change from the soulslikes and rpgs we tend to see popping up more and more every year. The game doesn't waste your time with trash mobs or grinding, you are just pitted up against bosses and making choices on your upgrades as you progress. It is a short, but tightly focused experience, which isn't always my cup of tea but I thoroughly enjoyed it regardless. The art and sound design are of course all done by the creator and is very much charming and impressive work. It is still an indie title and that doesn't appeal to everyone, but as an indie title it is very good and deserves much more recognition! My points of feedback either for an update or a sequel are: 1) An option to keep the keybinds for each character either above their heads or next to their health bars for reference 2) Work on the visual clarity of some boss mechanic telegraphs so that it's a bit more easy to tell both what the mechanics do and which character is meant to respond to them, or if a character is meant to respond to them at all. It's very rare but there ARE some mechanics that are not as intuitive as they maybe should be. Again super fantastic, short but enjoyable experience. Get it!!

[h1] Good game [/h1] The game offers some interesting gameplay: standard rpg team but in a fast paced boss fight format. I have played this game for 4 hours, and i enjoyed all of it. However the game doesn't have much more to offer me i believe. As of writing this i have beaten 14 bosses, with 2 unlocked after the big bad guy. I don't know where the presumably last boss is as i can't reread the story. So now i have to replay the game again. Is it a fun game? Yes. Is it worth the 10 Euro's i spend on? maybe. EDIT: Replayed the game after nearly 4 years because i saw a steam discussion on how to access the easter egg. The replay value is actually better than i thought. Playing around with different builds adds to the experience, and replaying adversaries can give you better insights on how to beat them, opening your eyes to better strategies. You also tend to forget alot of things after a few years, so coming back was like playing the game again for the first time which was great. I also forgot to mention that i defeated all the secret adversaries and unlocked all achievements after writing the original review. That being said, a single playthrough is still around 4 hours, but not every game is made to give you thousands of hours of playtime. Overal, a great game!

This game is cheap, challenging, fun very unique style of combat which is awesome, characters and bosses are all unique and interesting. 10/10 very much worth it

This game offers a unique, almost puzzle-like aspect of combat that is simple yet effective. There is a very steep learning curve, but once you have crested that hill, the game becomes incredibly addictive and rewarding. While the combat itself is very simple, the bosses present new and unique challenges such that no two fights will play out the same; each one requires you to adapt. While the replay value may be limited, there are plenty of secrets and extras to be found. Overall, this game is incredibly difficult yet incredibly rewarding, so if those games are up your alley like myself, you will greatly enjoy this game.

This game is challenging and outside of my usual game genre but it is very fun and enjoyable to learn. It has a slight learning curve but as you start progressing the desire to keep pushing on is intense. The dialog, characters and monsters are all very unique and I love the music that plays through the game. I haven't beaten the game as of yet, but I'm determined!

Alright, My friend bought me the game with little to no context. I must say It's hella difficult but was absolutely fun and rewarding once I actually beat the enemy. Although it took me a bit I do recommend the game. May not be long but it sure as hell is fun!

This game is actually quite the hidden gem. It's awesome.

I played through this game approximately ten times while it wasn't on Steam. And then three more times. Learning the ropes was fun, and the achievements are worth trying bosses again. But don't play it over ten times. You'll start to see things in the dark.
