Beseech the imperial court, marshal your own forces, employ the arts of diplomacy, or even sow discord and coax the rebels to surrender, all in the pursuit of quelling the rebellion. Triumph, and the rewards of glory and titles await; falter, and clandestine alliances may sway the balance of power.

Good game
TLDR: Needs some UI work but the game is very lovable and I am here for it. Looking forward to 1.0! This game is super easy to put hours into. If you like management, it's got that. Historical vibes, got that. If you like soft city/colony building, it's got that too. The character system is enjoyable. The music is fun. The learning curve is rewarding. Lots of good qualities. BUT - there are things I would change/add: 1. Better. Tooltips. Please. Help me understand what I'm looking at. (Example: government positions.) 2. Let me click on characters/places when their name is in a popup/news so I don't have to go find the character in a roundabout way. 3. Either let the camera rotate in build, or make transparency while building better. 4. Wall should drag via arrows instead of meticulously dragging along square plots. Drives me crazy. Keep having to go back and delete stray walls. 5. Overviews - of the cities and their information, as well as clan relationship and power information - in a more collective, fluid way. 6. A better economic breakdown (related to overviews.) Such as: how much is my estate eating per month? (Production vs. consumption.) 7. Family trees. Please stop taking a clan member out of their family tree. Make them uninteractable in other ways, but at least let me view their status and lineage. It doesn't even have to be in the clan window, or it could be a togglable option. It's frustrating to completely lose track of people. This applies to the next one... 8. Better neighboring clan information. When I go to a neighboring clan, let me see their family tree in a more comprehensible way. It's such a jumble. 9. A better filter. Also frustrated me. Let me search my family tree via skill (ME, MI, SO, WR, etc. while in the legacy menu.) 10. More decor (the art is beautiful and I want more), more buildings, and a better way to scroll through decor, so it's not just one long line of items. 11. A clearer "help" or codex page. (I'm assuming this will be incorporated regardless.) 12. More variation in character designs. Again, I love the art, I just want to see more! And maybe wardrobe customization? (Unimportant, but might be nice.)
I picked this up expecting a decent city builder, but I ended up staying for the dynasty management. There's something really satisfying about watching your family grow from nobodies into one of the strongest houses in the region

Early Access review. Relaxing, beautiful game. The slow-burn mechanics fit the "rebuild your fallen clan" narrative perfectly. Focusing on bugs/frustrations here since this has real potential and I want to see it improve. Pop-up events (Emperor needs coin, war drafts) need a "pause/sleep" option — I keep missing chances because I can't liquidate assets or gear up a soldier in time. Medicine is brutal. Three dynasties in and finding/keeping a healer is nearly impossible. Found one province with a healer once — still barely nursed anyone back to health. Might be missing something. Farm labor is unbalanced — one farm at 19/20 workers, others stuck at 1. No clear way to attract workers to the empty ones. No item degradation. Weapons, jewelry, books never wear out, so buying top-tier gear ASAP is a no-brainer with seemingly zero downside. Trading is satisfyingly simple — easy arbitrage buying low/selling high in town, but it's meant to be quick, not deep so that works for me. Houses, businesses and farms are where the real money is anyway. Bug? Right after reclaiming a village for the Emperor, most of my family's health cratered out of nowhere. Maybe an illness I missed, maybe not enough healthy food — unclear. Lost everyone but one guy, who happened to be away at school for 3 years. He's now stupidly rich and the last of his line. lol. Playing it out to see where it goes.
