А якщо ви ніколи не грали в House Flipper, то це чудова можливість познайомитися з цією серією. Чесно кажучи, я навіть не думав, що звичайний симулятор ремонту може настільки затягувати. Здається, що тут такого? Прибрав будинок, пофарбував стіни, купив меблі та продав. Але на практиці все зовсім інакше. Починаєш із простенького ремонту, а через кілька годин уже не можеш відірватися, бо хочеться зробити ще одну кімнату, переставити меблі, змінити колір стін або повністю переробити інтер'єр. Найбільше мені сподобалося облаштовувати власний будинок. Саме тут гра розкривається на повну. Можна годинами експериментувати з дизайном, підбирати меблі, декор, кольори, освітлення та створювати дім саме таким, яким хочеться бачити його тобі. Ніхто не обмежує твою фантазію, і це приносить величезне задоволення. При цьому гра дуже розслабляє. Тут немає поспіху, жорстких таймерів чи постійного стресу. Після важкого дня просто заходиш у гру, вмикаєш улюблену музику чи подкаст і починаєш творити. Час пролітає абсолютно непомітно. Окремо варто похвалити нововведення другої частини. Керування стало приємнішим, анімації плавнішими, інструменти зручнішими, а будівництво й ремонт відчуваються значно комфортніше, ніж у першій грі. Видно, що розробники не просто змінили цифру в назві, а реально попрацювали над якістю. Ще один величезний плюс — кооператив. Для мене це одна з найкращих нових функцій. Тепер можна проходити гру разом із другом, подругою або коханою людиною. Разом ремонтувати будинки, сперечатися про дизайн, підбирати меблі й буквально будувати будинок своєї мрії. Такі моменти роблять гру ще цікавішою, адже багато сучасних симуляторів досі не мають можливості грати удвох. Також дуже сподобалася свобода дій. Ніхто не змушує оформлювати кімнати за шаблоном. Якщо хочете мінімалізм — будь ласка. Любите класичний стиль — без проблем. Хочете зробити максимально дивний або смішний будинок — гра теж цього не забороняє. Саме ця свобода змушує повертатися знову і знову. Графіка теж стала кращою. Локації виглядають більш деталізованими, освітлення стало приємнішим, а інтер'єри виглядають затишно й сучасно. Через це процес ремонту приносить ще більше задоволення. Якщо говорити про мінуси, то хотілося б трохи більше контенту та різноманітності в довгостроковій перспективі. Але навіть зараз його вистачає на багато годин захопливого геймплею. House Flipper 2 — це одна з тих ігор, які дарують справжній комфорт. Вона не намагається бути складною чи напруженою. Її головне завдання — дозволити вам розслабитися, проявити фантазію та отримати задоволення від процесу. Вердикт: якщо вам подобаються симулятори, дизайн інтер'єру або ви просто хочете гру, у якій можна спокійно провести десятки годин без зайвого стресу — House Flipper 2 стане чудовим вибором. Награвши 30+ годин, можу впевнено сказати, що House Flipper 2 вийшла значно кращою за першу частину. Гра стала набагато динамічнішою, яскравішою та створює враження, що світ у ній справді живіший. Найбільше мені сподобалося те, що тепер можна будувати будинки з нуля, а це відкриває набагато більше можливостей для творчості. Крім цього, з’явилося багато нових механік будівництва, ремонту та облаштування, які роблять увесь процес значно швидшим, зручнішим і приємнішим. Якщо вам сподобалася перша частина, то другу я можу сміливо рекомендувати. На мою думку, House Flipper 2 — це саме той випадок, коли продовження не просто зберегло все найкраще, а й стало кращим практично в кожному аспекті.

Fun and relaxing!
241 hours play time since having this game for about a month. I think that speaks for itself. But I will elaborate by saying I played the original House Flipper and always enjoyed it, but it lacked that spark to keep me engaged long term. House Flipper 2 is the exact opposite. I have not been able to put it down. I was intimidated by Sandbox mode at first (even with their video tutorials), but I just jumped in and I have created houses that have genuinely impressed me. My only hurdle is now turning these houses into jobs. I think once you have completed story mode (which I did around 60 hours in), the main draw is custom jobs and being able to get creative in sandbox. And what frustrates me about that is that sandbox mode is a completely different gameplay than story mode. That is great! That means it feels almost like a two for one game. But they are very clear about how to play the game in story mode and kind of abandon you to figure it out yourself in sandbox mode. Without YouTube videos I genuinely think it would have taken me much longer to start building my own houses. I am glad that they are still updating this game and I hope it continues for a long time. I will be playing no matter what. It's not a perfect game, but it is a truly enjoyable experience every time I load the game.
