A nice chill game, little brain power required to 'win' the tasks, but you can always add extra effort if you're feeling creative.
This is the most time consuming game I have ever played. It the equivalent of going into Walmart and its daytime and then leaving and its dark but in the best way. I played house flipper 1 until I literally couldn't progress any further with 100s of hours into the first one and I'm well on my way to putting the same energy into house flipper 2. I could not recommend this game enough, Especially if you love to watch satisfying processes.

I really enjoy this game. It's relaxing and I like watching the before and after.
Some things are better than the first game but most is worse. Painting annoys me so much it was much better before. Also I spent 7 hours on a house with two full kitchens and dining areas and when I try to sell it I end up getting a 8.000$ loss because "there is no place to cook" and "no dining table". Also really annoying that you need to complete all those clean up jobs before you can purchase a house. Annoying game!
