Join forces to create dream homes like never before — whether it’s tackling grand mansions for an epic challenge or diving into Story mode missions for a more relaxed vibe! Feeling stuck? Explore amazing designs from fellow Flippers on the mod.io platform. And don’t forget to share your own creations there — you might just inspire the next great Flipper!

Why renovate a house when you can just build one? Unleash your creativity in the Sandbox Mode! Use it to recreate real-life buildings or design projects that exist in your imagination.
Remember: building from scratch is no easy task! But let's face it, it's definitely worth putting in extra effort to design the house of your dreams.

Between the mountain tops and the endless sea, there lies the town of Pinnacove. A place where time slows down, and the friendly residents are ready to entrust you with their homes. Can you discover some of the stories within these walls? Your old pal Tom, who seems to know everybody in the neighborhood, will gladly share some local knowledge with you.
In House Flipper 2, you are the foreman! You get to decide what 'relaxing gameplay' means! Do you enjoy building? Choose the Sandbox Mode which allows you to construct houses from scratch. Or maybe you prefer cleaning and decorating? In the Story Mode, you will delve into long and engaging renovation projects, as well as deal with some quick jobs.
Sit back and relax, here comes the new age of House Flipper!

I love this game, it is super fun and cozy
i like this game but not as much as the first game if im being honest this feels like they put less effort into it compared to the first one but fun none the less]

great game
Very relaxing game, can play for hours without even noticeing. Lots of game play well worth the cost.
House Flipper 2 takes the same deeply satisfying “fix this disaster” energy from the first game and makes it feel cleaner, smoother, and more polished. The core addiction is still there: clean the mess, fix the house, decorate the space, make everything look better, and then somehow feel personally accomplished because a fake kitchen has nice cabinets now. But this one feels like a step up. The tools feel better, the building and decorating feel more flexible, and the whole game has a fresher, softer look that makes the flipping process even more satisfying. It still has that cozy little task-loop magic where you think you are only doing one job and then suddenly you are emotionally invested in wall colors. I love games that let me take something messy and turn it into something that feels mine, and House Flipper 2 does that really well. It is calm, creative, and just structured enough to keep me moving without feeling like homework. There is also something funny about being so productive in a game while real-life chores sit nearby like abandoned side quests. But honestly, that is the beauty of it. In House Flipper 2, the mess actually listens when you clean it. It is cozy, satisfying, creative, and dangerously easy to lose time in. House Flipper 1 walked in with a mop. House Flipper 2 showed up with better tools and a nicer backsplash.
Je trouve ce jeu amusant même si il n'est pas tjrs simple à comprendre
One of my favorite new simulators out there. From cleaning to complete restoration and you can buy and flip for your own profit. Good learning curve, not hard to pick up on. Tutorials are actually helpful and leveling without the grind. Great game, see my reviews at Youtube.com/Urban_Operators
It is so addicting!
Fajna odskocznia od Simsów :D
