Why renovate a house when you can just build one? Unleash your creativity in the Sandbox Mode! Use it to recreate real-life buildings or design projects that exist in your imagination.
Remember: building from scratch is no easy task! But let's face it, it's definitely worth putting in extra effort to design the house of your dreams.

Between the mountain tops and the endless sea, there lies the town of Pinnacove. A place where time slows down, and the friendly residents are ready to entrust you with their homes. Can you discover some of the stories within these walls? Your old pal Tom, who seems to know everybody in the neighborhood, will gladly share some local knowledge with you.
In House Flipper 2, you are the foreman! You get to decide what 'relaxing gameplay' means! Do you enjoy building? Choose the Sandbox Mode which allows you to construct houses from scratch. Or maybe you prefer cleaning and decorating? In the Story Mode, you will delve into long and engaging renovation projects, as well as deal with some quick jobs.
Sit back and relax, here comes the new age of House Flipper!

Very fun game its relaxing
I loved the first game. I was looking forward to this one. I've been waiting for a bigger discount for months. Unfortunatelly, the beginning is so overwelming and boring at the same time that I have no motivation left to keep playing further. - the scrubbing brush instead of a mop/broom is extremelly annoying, alongside the trash collection system. - I miss the mini-map showing the rooms - the task bar has to be opened manually (the first game had tasks constantly visible on the side) - there is a giant floating ! to let you know the room isn't finished yet, but I find it really annoying (the task bar as in the first game would be perfect) - after about one and half hours of playing, I still didn't manage to unlock anything apart from the basic cleaning The positive changes I appreciate are: - more advanced communication with NPC clients - better settings - graphics are generally better, but I prefer it as it is in the first game - I appreciate co-op, even though I didn't use it Otherwise, I couldn't find the game as relaxing and fun as the first one and therefore I don't recommend it, especially to people who already played the first game.
Amazing

It's very fun, especially the sakura DLC! I played HF1 for too many hours than I'm willing to admit and it took a bit for me to get comfortable with the very different controls of HF2. Now I prefer HF2, it has a lot more customization options for building and decorating very cool houses. The settings the houses are in are beautiful, too. I highly suggest climbing to the top of some of the taller houses (the upturned ship comes to mind) and just looking around. They really improved the night scenes especially.
This is better than the first game! c:
Muy bueno para pasar horas si no tines FAMILIA XD
