This game has a lot of the same gameplay as the first, but what puts me off is that some of the achievements are locked behind DLC, as of right now you have to spend an extra $30 on DLC to be able to unlock all achievements.
I honestly love this game, I appreciate the full customization that this game has over the first house flipper. I love both games dearly but this one is my favorite by far. I hope the dev is able to create some more amazing DLC packs in the future.
Its an amazing and creative game, i play everyday for hours and i love it, it really lets you get creative, and out of your comfort zone!!
