Why renovate a house when you can just build one? Unleash your creativity in the Sandbox Mode! Use it to recreate real-life buildings or design projects that exist in your imagination.
Remember: building from scratch is no easy task! But let's face it, it's definitely worth putting in extra effort to design the house of your dreams.

Between the mountain tops and the endless sea, there lies the town of Pinnacove. A place where time slows down, and the friendly residents are ready to entrust you with their homes. Can you discover some of the stories within these walls? Your old pal Tom, who seems to know everybody in the neighborhood, will gladly share some local knowledge with you.
In House Flipper 2, you are the foreman! You get to decide what 'relaxing gameplay' means! Do you enjoy building? Choose the Sandbox Mode which allows you to construct houses from scratch. Or maybe you prefer cleaning and decorating? In the Story Mode, you will delve into long and engaging renovation projects, as well as deal with some quick jobs.
Sit back and relax, here comes the new age of House Flipper!

Game is a half step up from the original in terms of content, graphics, & story, but the auction system is absolutely terrible. When the main fun of the game is purchasing your own buildings to flip and that part is so bugged it's nearly unplayable it takes the fun out of the whole thing. Had to google "Houseflipper no cooking area found" despite having a full fridge, oven, stovetop, sink, cabinets, dishwasher, etc... & "Houseflipper there is no toilet in the bathroom when there is a toilet" because for some reason I must have bought a ghost toilet. Now I'm seeing things like "lacks natural light" when our house is more windows than walls, and "no habital rooms" that literally just pops up and disapears at random. This turned a "let's design a cool house" game into a "let's place a brick wall in front of our kitchen so the game knows it's a kitchen" game.
addicting and therapeutic
acting slow
Toda noite que chego em casa eu descanso a mente batendo uma laje.
Love this game! Addictive!
Bardzo fajna gra, duzo lepsza niz 1 część, jeszcze Polacy w produkcji, mozna polecic z calego serca
Please fix the bugs in your sandbox mode, I’m begging you! All the houses downloaded in sandbox mode don’t get fully deleted when I press X—they just pile up on my C drive. Even if I force-delete them manually from the C drive, the game redownloads them automatically as soon as I launch it. And once they’re redownloaded, there’s no way to delete them at all. This is absolutely ridiculous and puts a massive strain on my computer. I’ve put over 800 hours into this game and I really love it, but could you please patch this bug? Am I supposed to let this game balloon up to 1 terabyte in size?
The first game was great. One of my favorites. This game. Leagues better. This game has taken everything I love from the first game.. and made it even better (If that was even possible.) The painting mechanics.. Leagues better then it was prior. The trash bag mechanic is different, but I think that it actually makes the game better and more realistic. 100/10 game
更新之后更容易犯恶心了,内容BUG也更多了。制作组越更新越是是转身向山里走去了
Love the game. Way better quality and graphics compared to the first game. The only thing that saddens me is that assembling furniture by default is not possible anymore. Could be great for it to be an option if you want to assemble showers, sinks, etc.
