I LOVE THIS GAME SOOOOO MUCH!!! I had first played it on switch and loved it and found out Horse Tales was on steam. I had been looking for a good horse game back then. I am so happy that this is an actual horse game without impossible challenges. I wish Horse Tales was a series but I understand that something had happened after the game was fully released that made them decide not to make another one of these games. I love it so much that I've replayed it a few times. I am so grateful to the devs 4 such an amazing game!

Oh my gosh this game is so endearing! I don't understand the mixed reviews, I found the scenery beautiful. I should follow the missions but instead I'm travelling all around the place trying discovering new areas! The missions are not too difficult, even with people like me who has very bad coordination. The commands are a bit stiffy (I'm playing from PC) so docking your head can be a bit trcky sometimes, but that's the major flaw I find in the game: I wish the camera would move automatically with the player so to leave the mouse free for more movements (eg: the docking, instead of using always the same hand both for directions and actions). Another complain is that once finished the missions there's not really much to do, the game is basically over. Yes, you can keep getting horses, training them, selling them, but the main focus I think it's winning the races and stay on top. if you're not interested in that aspect (and I am not) the game basically finishes when you're done with the missions. Overall, though, I loved it.
I dont really know what to say. I got this game for a really good price (5 Euro) and some parts i really liked but moast of it are really confusing. The map is hard to get around, there are a few fast travels but i feel like they dosent help anything. You are moving really fast in the story, making it confusing. At one point, you just arrived, at the next you already have one of the best horses and the game feels quite pointless. The main parts as i get it are the racing and building your own estate and those two is something you unlock pretty and get done pretty fast, if you can find your way to the races vill say. There is little to no tutorials, everything feels rushed, you dont know what to do sometimes. I really think the style is cute and i love the animations of the horse, as the extended trot is also something i find cute. If you want something to just do for a cheep price, then this game may be it but overall, this is a no.

I Would Recommend this game to Horse Lovers who want a relaxing, fun horse game! The only thing I don't like in this game is when you try to do a quest, The game doesn't tell you where you have to go.
Super fun game play. I'm not a horse game expert, but I enjoy the style and characters. Couple of notes - the in-game cut scenes puts you on a generic horse not the one you own. Some wild horses do some slightly wacky spawns, Tbh i find this fun In general 9/10, would recommend for casual play
