Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 26 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Look, [strike]be a normal human being[/strike] forget everything you know about happiness because until you’ve stood on the deck of the Kapisi while the desert wind scours the paint off your soul you haven’t actually lived a single day of your life. I used to be a person with a job and a social security number but now I am just a biological component of the Coalition expeditionary force and I have never been more free because this game didn't just grab my attention it reached into my chest and rewired my nervous system to run on
DIESEL FUEL AND TACTICAL DESPERATION.
Let’s talk about Her. Let's talk about the Kapisi. My metal mother. My roving cathedral of destruction. The only thing that matters in a universe of cold indifference. Do you understand what it feels like to shunt power to armor systems just as a Gaalsien cruise missile slams into the hull? It isn’t gameplay, it is a religious experience, it is the closest I will ever get to touching the face of God because when that massive carrier tracks forward crunching over the dunes I feel safe, I feel held, I feel like I would die a thousand deaths just to keep her repair systems online for one more second. I look at my real house and I hate it because it doesn’t have treads and it can’t launch strike fighters and frankly [strike]it has good resale value[/strike] if my apartment building can’t fabrication-cycle a heavy railgun turret in twelve seconds then what is even the point of architecture? People talk about Dune like it’s the pinnacle of desert sci-fi but
Frank Herbert was a coward
for not giving Paul Atreides a fleet of armored hover-carriers and railguns that sound like thunder cracking inside your skull. This game makes sand look like the most beautiful and terrifying substance in the universe. I went to the beach last week and tried to deploy a sensor array on a sandcastle because my brain has been completely rewired by Blackbird Interactive to see terrain advantages in every pile of dirt. I don't see hills anymore, I see hull-down positions for my Battlecruisers. I don't see valleys, I see kill zones for my artillery. I am hallucinating heat shimmers and listening for the specific mechanical whine of a Baserunner everywhere I go. And the sound design... oh sweet mercy the sound design is better than music, it’s better than silence, it’s better than the sound of my own heartbeat. That visceral
THWACK
of a railgun round breaking the sound barrier is the only lullaby I need. I am obsessed with the weight of it, the heavy industrial groan of an artillery cruiser deploying its stabilizers makes me want to weep with joy because it feels so real, it feels heavier than my own guilt, heavier than gravity itself. I would follow Rachel S’jet into a volcano, I would follow her into the heart of a sun, she is the
SUPREME LOGIC QUEEN
of the dunes and her voice over the comms is the only authority I recognize. I don’t want to go to space anymore! Space is for tourists! Give me the grit, give me the grease, give me the relentless grinding forward momentum of the Kapisi until the stars themselves fall out of the sky out of jealousy for how magnificent we look crawling across the sands of Kharak because
I am one with the carrier and the carrier is with me.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Game Rules
I like this as the starting point for the lore as most of it actually works and makes since, THOUGH the campaign is Boring withen its alot of stress against the exact same enemy over and over again... Not horrible but not great and there are 2 extra factions hidden in Skrimish??? But this does very well to set up Homeworld 1 and make Homeworlds 2 messy lore Even more Complex! You are the baddie, You always were the baddie, You were never the good guy, but even then one must survive....
As someone who hasn't even played the original Homeworld games, I really liked the C&C feel of this game. It also had a wicked satellite overview you could use to select all your troops and see what everyone is doing with a really nice zoom out feature. The story had me invested. It obviously drew a lot of inspiration from Dune, given the sandy-religious mixture. All in all a very enjoyable throwback to when RTS games were innovative and focused on fun and delivering a good story. I'm excited to see how all this ties in with the first game as this is the prequel to all of that.
This game is great because of the backstory before Homeworld 1 started . There's only one issue and its in multiplayer because the Soban and Coalition their Baserunners can deploy utility and have a extra vehicle while the Gaaslien and Kharteneph dont. 9/10 I hope this helps 9/10.
Traditional RTS games.
