Homefront®: The Revolution is an open-world first person shooter where you must lead the Resistance movement in guerrilla warfare against a superior military force.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 18 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I think we all think Homefront: The Revolution was a good game but not pointing any fingers it could've been done better.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Great mix of Red Dawn and Far Cry. Graphics hold up quite well.
Lots of fun for little money.
O pior sistema de respawn de inimigo que já vi, no começo você até aceita e pensa que da para acostumar, porem com o tempo fica muito estressante.
i come back to this game every year to re play it somthing about it is just so fun to re play the game is nothing special dont get me wrong but just the grit and the warfare involved is just somthing i find really fun and cant rlly find anywhere else id say pick it up for a fun time
这游戏太狗了,士兵看见就打真服了,死了还减贵重物,游戏太垃圾,bug一堆也不修复,游戏做出来就不管了
I love the game. The story keeps me entertained. There is a bit of stealth in it which I like too. I saw a few funny glitches like dead bodies floating or dancing markers but nothing game breaking. I have to add that the co-op is not a true co-op. You cannot grab your friends and play the campaign. The co-op part is separate from the main campaign. As a singleplayer game it is very good.
Buy on sale for a stripped down, fun FarCry-like experience with a American small city/town aesthetic
Performance
This is not a "bad game", don't let the reviews fool you. I never experienced any crashes or major bugs. Performance was fine. I did notice some glitching (ex: NPC inside the ground, tagged UI elements not disappearing, etc), but thats about it. Yea, its a janky game in some areas. But its not as bad as the most of the reviews make it out to be (at least, not anymore)
Story
The story kinda sucks. It's not compelling whatsoever, and nothing really big happens. Story-wise, it can be compared to Half-Life 2 and HL2 is so much more compelling, interesting, and "epic"; this is no where near that
Environment/ Graphics/ World
I absolutely loved the environment details and NPC interactions! You can notice it changing in response to your progress in taking over a region. The attention to detail to the rubble and dilapidated, run down places and things, was pretty good too. Graphics look good. The lighting really makes the mood at times. The UI great and I really liked the weapon customization feature. I thought it looked good. Designs were pretty fun and interesting. Its always interesting to an outpost transform into an American safehouse/base once you take it over. I liked the contrast between the futuristic, modern looking soldiers and the rough, poor-looking rebels.
Gameplay
I played this on deathwish difficulty. You can die very quickly, but the game is very generous with giving you medkits/ ammo, and you can somewhat easily run away and hide when things get too heated. The basic gameplay loop here is going to a region, doing some map objectives, collecting collectibles, and completing the story objectives. It's kinda similar to Far Cry. But if you like that aspect of checking off map objectives, then this one is a fun one for that, especially on deathwish since its so tense just moving from block to block. Also, there are some puzzle aspects where you have to find the right entrance/way in for buildings and places; that can be kinda fun, especially on deathwish where you can easily get into a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Conclusion
Its not a bad game, its not a good game either. It does scratch that itch if you want a simple, farcry like FPS shooter. Especially if you want to play a game as an American, fighting back for their country, which is always a fun theme
