My favorite tactical stealth-action-roguelike-rpg. Once again, I'm convinced that an interesting concept and a solid implementation of mechanics are enough to create a masterpiece.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Finally beat this game after many restarts. - First game. I send my capital ship in to win all my fights, and the repair costs add up. I run out of money. - I discover that the lightning can, with good piloting, win every early battle. My advance fleet of lightnings and skylarks gets clapped when I run into a strike fleet and get missiled to death. - I restart and invest in AA ships, but quickly run out of sprints because I'm not being stealthy or selective in my engagements. - I try aircraft carriers and discover that it's easy to lose all of your planes in 0.5 seconds. - I figure out what I'm doing with intelligence and am able to make it 50% of the way through the campaign. The strike fleets get ordered back to Khiva, and since I only avoided them, I'm suddenly surrounded on all sides. - I have a great run going, but don't focus enough on winning over Tarkhans, so I'm left without allies. I die after discovering what nuclear war means. - This current run, where I finally won and absolutely crushed the endgame. I rediscovered the usecases that make airplanes viable, I learn how to use hidden cities to repair after fighting strike fleets, I learn that it's sometimes useful to have a radar on to misdirect the AI. And by god, I take down one of the endgame strike fleets with just a lightning and good flying. This game delivers on the promise of something like XCOM, where you're controlling tactical decisions and strategic ones and all of it matters in a punishing world. The fights are action packed and tense and you *REALLY* want to win because losing that ship would be crushing on the strategic layer, so your hands start sweating and your fuel is at 10% and you need to win this, and you take a deep breath, fly right under the final ship and fire and-----it OBLITERATES the enemy ship and you've done it, and you finally can let some of the stress you've been holding in your shoulders go. I do want to note: this game contains a lot of flashing and visual distortions. Some of that can be minimized by settings, but some of it is always there. For me, this is DELICIOUS and beautiful. (I love the flashes of blinding light when enemies fire at you, combined with the G-LOC effect when you're in an agile ship.) But my girlfriend can't be in the same room when this game is on-screen. If you're like her, do consider that.
“兩河英雄傳說”
HONESTLY. Now that i've had time to really look over this. This game is extremely hard to swallow. Its really easy to chew. (really good tutorial that launches you into a good foothold in the complex mechanics ahead like missles and ships.) Though, gameplay feels... harsh. You can never really get a good feeling of survival as getting into heavy huge ship battles (which I consider to be where the fun is at) without getting railed by strike fleets afterward. Fighting seems to be the main mechanic but your also punished for getting into that combat in the first place. Endgame also turns into a really big electrician mess that is generally not well made at all. It turns into throwing ships at the enemy in hopes their 400 nuclear bombs didnt wipe in you in the journey to them.
Easy on the surface, brutal in the deep =)
