Heroes Rise: HeroFall

This entire series was very immersive to me. I love the superhero genre and what it has to offer, so being able to live out my own sort of tale in that sense felt amazing. I kind of wished that I was able to choose the powers I had, but other than that, the story itself was truly great. You could really feel the consequences your actions had in the game, and it just goes to show that choices in video games shouldn't be overlooked. I would definitely recommend this game if you are looking for an immersive experience with a world that almost feels real. I greatly look forward to Redemption Season and what it will have to offer on the Heroes Rise formula.

This is a review for the Heroes Rise trilogy as a whole, rather than as individual games. Overall: 10/10 Pros: - Amazing story and world. The writing level of these games is equivalent to most professional novelists, while still being variable enough that your choices as a player still matter in the world at large. - Your character is varied enough in their powerset that you can play the game multiple times, without it getting stale. - This series has some of the best characters that I've read in a long time. Cons: - While not a con for myself, the game is clearly entirely text based. As such, it is not universally appealing. However, the level of writing this series has is well worth it, if you are a reader.

As someone who suffred a stroke almost two years ago I am no longer able to play many of the games I used to due to lack of finger and hand coordination. This being said, I am glad that there are these choos your own story adventures. This series is extremely fun a very good read as you can picture yourself out there as the hero or villian or what ever you choose to be. I have read through the series many times choosing many different options it is fun to see how the story changes. Great job I look forward to season two and will definitly buy more of these.

Para mim, Heroes Rise: HeroFall foi um excelente desfecho para toda história construída ao longo dessa bela trilogia. Acredito que esse capítulo final trouxe nuances importantes sobre heroísmo e autossacrifício, que tornam o encerramento incrível, principalmente, para aqueles que gostam genuinamente de heróis e super-heróis. Recomendo demais a trilogia toda. NOTA: 9,0/10,0

Another amazing installment in the HeroRise trilogy. Had me on the edge of my seat for most of it and I'd be lying if I said I didn't hit restart once or twice. Astounding stuff, keep up the brilliant work.

Un mot .. ? Excellent. 5 à 6 heures pour venir à bout de jeu, en une, et je dis bien UNE seule session . Je n'ai juste pas pu m'en détacher jusqu'à la derniere seconde ! Le premier était très bon, le second, un des meilleurs jeu Choice of Games, celui çi ? Surement le meilleur toute catégorie confondu, exaequo avec le magnifique Choice of Robots. Venons en au fait, l'histoire est la suite directe du dernier opus, nouvelle façon d'aborder l'univers, nous voiçi maintenant Ennemi Publique Numero 1 . Ma critique pourrait être très longue mais je vais faire court, ce jeu reprend tout ce qu'il y a de bon dans les deux premiers, il est pour moi, l'apogée du style "Choisis ton Aventure" Text Based. Point. Faite le et taisez vous, juste, appreciez. Je comptais par ailleurs recommencer immédiatement la trilogie, mais l'auteur nous offre du rab avec un 4éme opus, sur ce, c'est repartit !

In my opinion this game is the best in the series as everything from the previous games came together really nicely in this thrilling conclusion. I replayed the series so many times mostly because of getting all the achievements and I felt it was worth it every time. Funny enough the hardest achievement to get for me was the one where you actually die which is kind of hilarious because the game chided me for it and made it out to be the worst thing I could have ever done. It was neat getting to see how all the different romances worked out and how I was rewarded or punished for previous choices I had made in the game. I got to see ho each of my characters changed in some of their stats as the game went or or stayed true to themselves and in the end each one is a very different hero from the last that I played.

A dark, hard-hitting end to the first three Hero's rise games. Everything from the past two games hammers home, in a non-stop adrenaline ride to the finale. Much like the Golden Age of comics it pays homage to, it gets serious as the stakes rise. As with the other two games, your actions matter strongly, and always have consequence. That's something this series does very right, alongside such tough decisions it feels like staring at a live bomb not knowing which wire to cut.
