Everyone thinks you saved the world, but it was all a lie! You faked a "prophecy" with magical illusions. But now, your prophecy is coming true.

Overall i think the story was pretty good! It was really enjoyable finding out all the mysteries. Some characters i particularly disliked but i grew to like the others overtime. Being stat checked for dialogue options is a big meh, i had to cheat stats so i wouldnt sound like a bumbling fool. It gets pretty demoralizing to get punished so often for something so trivial. Without going too much into spoilers, i was pretty annoyed with one particular character who kept on expecting me to follow their orders without telling me anything. Though the way i got back at them in the end was pretty cathartic so it was still pretty nice. Played this a long time ago so my memory might be a bit shoddy but compared to the other choose your own adventure games i played this one was one of the better ones. Not one of the best but thats a pretty high bar to clear.
It's an amazing game and I like it! Finished it in 2 days and it says a lot about it :) It reminded me of Infinity series (Sabres, Guns, Lords) so if you like those this one is likely your cup of tea too!

It's fine, but I felt like it was a bit too easy? In the best Choice of/Hosted games like Robots or the Infinity Saga, there was this constant tension that was electric behind every choice. Failure at some point was guaranteed. In Heroes of Myth, I got the best ending on my first try? Maybe I was just lucky?
4/5. myths of hero
i dont like the characters. none of them. i feel no immersion. and it feels like my own character is pretty ineffectual.
An interesting premise, and one that had me questioning my decisions every step of the way. The characters were diverse and decently developed (for the genre) and while I expected to be punished for not maxing particular stats, I still managed to get a good ending even with a character who made middle-of-the-road choices. You can have multiple strengths as long as you make your choices wisely, and you aren't locked in to romancing only those characters who exactly share your views. I am definitely planning to play again with different choices.
9/10 would romance a necklace again
One of the best Choice of Games I've played in a long time. Really interesting premise, good characters and a wide variety of choices that impact lots of endings. The world is well fleshed out and I would love to play more games in the same setting. I got this on sale but would happily pay the full price for it!
+1
Great storyline with original premise and interesting characters. You could see some political bias in the writing, coupled with a bit childish writing at times, but it definatly should not be enough to put you away from this game. It's a great experience and absolutely worth a play, reccommend!
