Reviews
initially, my review was basically calling this game a meme, however, I looked into it some more and the dev has actually worked on it for a while so I will update this with general feedback on things that could make the game 1000x better instead that are very doable in something like unity or unreal engine with not too much time. Assuming he isn't just trolling me and is actually still working on the game these are what I add. Most Important: 1. The game needs sound design, currently, it's all mute. sound is where feedback/game feel and emotion come from. Things like ambient wind, upbeat music when destroying things, footsteps, crumbling on different objects, vacuum sounds for the vacuum gun, etc. 2. Make the levels have more depth to them. Add some hills. mountains around the map for borders, water bodies(lakes, rivers, etc.), dirt roads, and maybe some NPC's with a small village. 3. Add a border or out of bounds to the level, you can straight up walk off the map. 4. add some sort of menu/HUD prompts or tutorial(make it optional) that teaches you how to play and what to do. 5. add challenges or general content like how much can you destroy in 60 seconds or something like that and/or an obstacle course with a speed-run timer with the destroying mechanics. Just general content you might see in a sandbox/creation game. Somewhat important: 1. Clean up the animations on the shooting, currently, it's just like the arm jitters uncontrollably. 2. Add polish to the shooting(a little screen shake, muzzle flashes, recoil, bullet tracer particles, impact sound effects, hit markers, animated crosshairs, etc.) 3. Use higher res ground textures or tile it some more, the low poly art is fine but the ground is super blurry. 4. Add actual arms to the model with textures, you can find free human or robot hands on mixamo.com, and then just delete the vertices from everywhere but the arms in blender to get a rigged and animated good-looking hand/arm. 5. Add general polish to the movement with things like footstep sounds, footstep decals, and a little camera sway with screen shake. 6. Improve the 3d models of the guns, there are tons of free sci-fi guns that could do it well on sites like cgtrader or unity asset store which would be higher quality than trying to do it yourself if you are not a 3d artist. Less Important: 1. Make some kind of dispersion particle or find one online for when you shoot the destruction gun. 2. Make more destructible shapes you can use like making premade house structures, buildings, or other things that can be used in a content fashion. It doesn't have to be super complex models, just stack 6 cubes together and you got a low poly house. 3. Make the menus more professional, add an audio slider, and change names like "goofy ahh creation" to something else, that's what people say on tiktok when they are joking about something bad. That was a large reason I thought this game was a meme or a joke between two friends. 4. Add some immersion stuff to the level like leaves blowing or birds flying around, small details are what make something feel polished and believable since the real world has 1000s of small details everywhere, that's why rockstar games are so good. Unity asset store has some free or cheap things for both of those things. if even half of that stuff gets added the game would probably be way way better and actually marketable. if 90% gets added I will rebuy this game and give it another try, please leave a comment here to notify me as I will probably forget. I will change my review then. At the end of the day, graphics(particles, good textures, good level environments, etc.) are what sell a game and polished gameplay/content will keep them playing. I actually hope this isn't a troll game. It could be cool with some polish and content added.

While Hero Jumper is a really small game, I really liked it and found it fun to play. I'd definitly say it's worth buying at such a small price. However, I have to say that this game lacks content and even if I liked it, I think more could and should be added as Hero Jumper definitly has a lot of pontential.
