This is the classic story of good old Ralph, the legendary hero from RPG Maker VX Ace, on his quest to defeat the diabolical Demon Lord. Ralph has been reduced to Level 1, and must rely on a cast of ladies straight out of the daydreams of the game's creator in order to succeed on his quest!

I'm not usually all that into RPG maker games, lazy asset reuse and all that and this is that for sure but it's got a nice charm to it with what is original, such as the girls, the art styles simplistic yet cute for them, the games decently funny with a funny and unique premise to begin with, the main charm to the game is if you enjoy grinders essentially, they have plenty of other basic stuff to do such as using RPGmaker assets to deck out a home (The items are literally labelled as basic RPG maker asset lol) training up monsters, taking on a challenge tower, all kinds of good stuff, it can struggle at times to load things though, especially high up in the tower where a room will look empty then suddenly boom! enemies everywhere dood. The game has a nice cast of girls 33 originally and I believe 37 or 39 if you have two codes, I forget what they were XD they all have unique and varying abilities, some vastly better than others which makes it a problem when your town gets invaded and you get set up with a random team that ends up absolutely thrashed and that will happen a lot to begin with, heck I beat the hardest things in the game and it still happens! The game could have benefit from having a choice but I get it's to show off all the other girls and how they play so I can let that slide dood. You get girls by using summon stones, every time you return from a dungeon they work for the town and give it experience to varying degrees which leads to more items in stores and better stats given from the chef which is important because of a certain story element I won't spoil because it's just so silly dood. XD But yeah, it's oddly addictive despite how basic it is in a lot of regards, I wouldn't pay super lot's for it, especially if you're not into grinding games but if you are it's gonna give you some decent fun times with some cute funny moments as you play, thanks for reading and hope you enjoy the game if you get it dood. ^-^7
This has the feel, ambiance, and humor of a Disgaea game; if you've played them then you'll probably enjoy it. It isn't hugely deep or complex but is fun to spend a while with and has a lot to find and do. The gameplay largely consists of randomly-generated dungeons; in dungeons, in addition to equipment and treasure, you occasionally acquire stones that can be used to pull another heroine. There's fifty-something in all, so the game has a bit of a gacha feel to it. While the theme and art might give the impression that the game is R-rated, it really isn't - some of the girls feel a bit fetish-themed, and the art is a bit anime-sexy, but again, it's about what you'd expect from eg. Disgaea or similar Nippon Ichi titles.
엔딩을 몇번을 보고서도 다음에 다시 찾게 되는 나만의 명작 캐릭터 수집형 RPG 게임을 하고싶은 사람들은 해보면 좋은 게임
The kind of nostalgia mindless grinding JRPG. The story is very lighthearted and comedic about a dude who was OP became a noob. You collect girls in order to help you progress through dungeons and story bosses. Not counting the girls, the assets ain't something new and can be found in typical rpg maker games. But don't let that stop you. The game itself is fun and addicting. Pros: + very relaxing + funny + lovable characters + idiot haremancer Cons: -- crash (Probably the biggest problem of this game, will discuss this down below) - repetitive story progression (The first few chapters are fun, but you will start to see the exact same pattern of the story) - lag (How is this possible? This is rpgmaker game we are talking about, and my setup ain't that bad) - specific save place (Again, will discuss this down below) - Red Witch isn't at the top of the popularity poll >:( Regarding crash problem. This won't occur if you're not that far into the game. Once you reach mid-game, that's where crash hell begin. This might be caused by the fact that you hold too many floors, furniture, and wall items. And you can't even sell them smh. There's a solution(?) to it tho. If you check discussion pinned post (Don't worry. There are only few of them, I'm sure you can find it), there's a dude who post the edit file where you can save anywhere (If you crash that much and aim to finish the game then saving anywhere is a must). The same dude also post an edit where you can sell furniture, floors, and walls so the chance of you crashing every 5 minutes will be much less punishing. Even if you don't aim to finish the game, I still recommend for you to do so as it lifts off so many problems. To do that: 1. Download the files from the Discussions forum. 2. Go to your Steam> steamapps> common> Hero and Daughter 3. Replace the file in the folder. IIRC, there's a file needed to be placed inside the data folder so please check before you do so. I finally finished the game and get every achievements so I'm done with this. Anyway, thank you for reading this far. Happy Grinding!
I have no complaints about the gameplay itself but the game has a major bug that makes it crash for most players after the first area of the game. its a real shame.
Played 19 minutes. Ran around town, talking to everybody, and then hit [F12] to go to the main menu. Crash! Load back up, continue, ... All progress lost. Nope. That is beyond frustrating. I'll be requesting a refund.
