Reviews
Intriguing story and I liked that it leaves the solution to what really happened opened to interpretation. Getting all the clips can be really hard and time consuming, but you don't really need all of them to get the whole story.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Again, I wish Steam has a middle option aside from Yes or No. Her Story is all about checking a database of video clips about interrogating a woman. Listen to her and gather possible information in the database, that is all. If you love detective work and watching interrogations I guess you'll be ok with this. But if you prefer the classic point and click style, this is not for you.
Very interesting story with fragmented narrative. You search for videos in a sort of 90s software using tags. Nice experience trying to build chronologically the scenes

Really interesting method of storytelling. Playing it through, then reading fan theories (there's one particularly great essay on it out there), then watching the full consecutive video online, then stewing over my own theories and observations was incredibly satisfying and made me realize how intricately realized this was- the more you look, the more you see.
Cool concept, but the actual execution grew a bit tedious for me overtime. There's no guaranteeing that you'll come up with the important words needed and the lack of an ending is disappointing. Best enjoyed from watching a playthrough of somebody else playing it, because it's really anticlimactic when you solve the game immediately but then the game decides you have to keep playing it until it randomly decides that you're done. Took me 1.7 hours to get through everything this game had to offer from scratch on a fresh save, which may not sound very long, but I grew bored of typing words with no matches, so I found walkthroughs super helpful. Very unique nonlinear storytelling but did not hold up as well as I had remembered a decade ago as someone who had forgotten everything that had happened in this, 5/10. (spoilers following this point) the twists aren't very well executed because the two identical twins both act too much like the same person instead of having distinct personalities and once you do figure out the plot, it doesn't really make any sort of sense, because the scenes contradict each other with the red herrings trying to throw you off too much that by the time you put together what's real, the game has frequently denied it even being possible. It just feels lazy in hindsight and it could've been executed better and I wish it was more fun to play. The minimal plot hinges on shock value plot twists trying to be dark and disturbing but it's just... not very? Sam Barlow also pulls the same one-trick pony stunt with Immortality, where you see everything nonlinear, so everything is excused for not making sense because that's supposed to be interesting enough, but it's basically the same game again.
Very Short game, really interesting story 8.5/10
Great hook to the story at the start of the game, followed by an intriguing set of events and revelations. I would have preferred a more organised clip visualisation method. Highty recommended.
