the story is really good but the gameplay mechanics are kinda bad i literally had to use a glitch just to understand the story fully which was kinda disappointing i would have really enjoyed this game more if it was a found footage series on youtube

maybe i'm too inquisitive or untrustworthy but this game dissapointed me with how quickly i found "the main secret" it is trying to hide. This led me down a rabbithole thinking that there was something deeper i didnt fully grasp yet but instead i only got more confirmation of the knowledge i already knew. I feel like this aimless searching could have been avoided if there was more of a why i am looking through these tapes or more interactions from the stranger over messages instead of seemingly arbitrarily going "do you feel satisfied with what you found?" But the mystery is there, there are alot of strands you can follow and the story it is trying to tell is atleast decent, so it is worth to give it a shot. I just personally didnt enjoy it.
a really interesting take on the genre, a great way to spend an evening. Me and my partner played it over discord and worked through loads of different bits and still have plenty of the story to uncover at this point!

A really compelling mystery. I really like that there isn't really a "correct" way to solve it. I accidentally found the murder confession because they said that the victim worked with mirrors and i typed "mirror" in and got that clip "too early", but it didn't spoil the mystery, it just made it more ineresting. I liked having to piece together the full story with fragmentary clips. Led to some insane twists.
ある事件の取り調べ映像をひたすら見ていくADV。 プレイヤーができるのはキーワードを入力し、それに関連する映像を見ていくことだけ。 証拠を突き付けたり、犯人を逮捕したりはしない。 どんな事件だったのか、なぜ事件は起こったのか、映像の女性は何者なのかをただ知って納得していく。 プレイ中は仕事で文献調査をしているような気分だった。 手探りで始めて、少しずつ理解が深まり、「そうか、そういうことだったのか。」と静かな満足感を得る。 少々作業的であり、やれることが少ないため人によっては退屈と感じるゲームかも。 探偵ゲームの調査パートが好きな人はきっと気に入ると思います。 早い人なら2時間くらいで真相にたどり着けるので、手軽にミステリーを味わいたい人にオススメです。

Tasty and twisty!
Hands down one of the BEST stories in any game I've ever played. At first I thought it was pretty mediocre, but as the story kept going and as reveal after reveal piled up it turned into something absolutely incredible. The way you find the clips too is amazing, having to piece together words from earlier clips makes you feel like a genius sometimes. And seeing one clip at the end and not really getting what shes saying and then watching a later clip and having everything click is FANTASTIC. The achievements are good too and pretty fun to get.
