Hepta Beats looks like a fusion with Geometry Dash and Celeste, but it doesn't make me want to destroy my keyboard. Really cool levels, good soundtrack. the last level is awesome, make me want to jump from the chair all the time have a lot of fun playing it, and is just 2,99, worth it alot

It's incredible the fact that the musical and locomotion of the objects fit perfectly. With the added bonus there is no lost life counter letting you play without worrying or stressing about having to restart the level every time you die. I absolutely loved the game and I hope you release more levels. É incrível o fato da musical e locomoção dos objetos se encaixam perfeitamente. Com o adicional de não existe contador de vidas perdidas deixando você jogar sem se preocupar ou se estressar por ter que reiniciar a fase sempre que morre. Amei completamente o jogo e espero que lance mais fases.

Hepta Beats não se apega ao metodo de progresso lento onde o jogador deve repetir centenas de vezes os puzzles e mesmo assim se mostra desafiador. Com o seu contador de mortes subindo e ritimos empolgates os niveis vão subindo testando as mecanicas que você aprendeu e se consegue seguir a musica. Estou ansioso para ver o que o Desenvolvedor tem programado para as proximas atualizações. Conteudo gratuito por vir é sempre bem vindo. Eu dou a nota 10/10, Divertido e valeu o preço.

I love platformer's games and this one has some good challenges. The music's are very immersive and you have to keep your rhythm (and patience) to clear the level's. Very nice game!

Hepta Beats is an unusual hybrid of 2D retro pixel platformer and rhythm game. Gameplay consists of traditional precision platforming, but the twist is that the jumping must be done to a specific rhythm as platforms phase in and out. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. The developers didn't design the game for modern gaming PCs, as such the game resolution caps out at 1080p, a very low resolution that became mainstream back in 2006 and became obsolete when 4K entered the mainstream in 2014. The game simply won't look right on modern gaming displays due to this failure on the part of the developers. PC gamers will be insulted by the requirement to use console peasant children's toy controllers, despite this being on PC. Developers should try to be aware which platform they're developing for, and must never dictate to gamers how a game should be played. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. Some of the defects in the game can be attributed to the choice of using the GameMaker Studio construction kit/toolset. This is a very poor quality toolset favoured by amateur developers as it's cheap and requires little in the way of development skill, but unfortunately has very limited capabilities. Just as you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear, you can't make a great video game if you use a terrible engine. GameMaker Studio is often used to make retro pixel shovelware and cash grabs. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
