Being a bumbling supervillain's henchman is a thankless job. The spandex chafes, there's tons of late nights, and your boss rarely remembers your name. But in this narrative adventure you'll soon discover that - sometimes - even the choices of the lowliest henchman can change everything.

Great writing, great voice-acting, and great art. A real pleasure to go through, and one of those VNs that make you wonder about other routes and plan other playthroughs.
This game is honestly really really good. The music fits the game rather well and the humor of this game hits close to home for me as it left me cackling more than once.
This is a great story with great characters like Kate, Madam Scorpion and Stan. I recommend playing this game just for the characters. I feel lucky just to have played this visual novel. I know it's a lot of work, but I really hope this developer makes another game or visual novel; I would play it in a heart beat, because Henchman Story is fantastic.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a fun little story, charming and funny. A bit short, but expected for the price. My only complaint is that there's not enough Miss Dynamo.
This game is so funny and interesting. I am playing through all the endings now.
This is what I mean when I say I'm gooning.
Really enjoyed my time playing. Nice simple story that doesn't drag with multiple endings. My kind of short VN.
great game, sadly i think this is the only game we will ever get from this dev team
Henchman Story is a visual novel inspired by superhero comics. I picked it up on a recommendation after finishing Dispatch. I was a little hesitant at first, but decided to give it a go. The story is really nice, featuring different outcomes and 11 unique endings. I enjoyed the writing, the characters, and the overall quality. The negative part for me? The pacing of the choices. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of decisions to make, but there are long stretches of dialogue between them. (But I'll give it a pass, since it's an indie game.)
good game, I'm glad I got to it after having it in my library after so long
