This game felt like it brought both the golden age of newgrounds type humor and addicting minigames that feel like love letters to classic flash games, really charming fun time all round. Highly highly recommend. P.S. Krekner's my fav ;))
Over the last 4 years I have gotten to know the two minds behind Brainloaf on a great personal level and to say that they have poured their blood, sweat, and tears into this game is a cataclysmic understatement. Almost everyday I've known them they have been working their asses off and poured their hearts and souls to polish and make this game worth people's time, and they have gone above and beyond to achieve that. The game feels like the marriage of gaming on newgrounds, choose your own adventure, and late night adult swim from atleast my early teens that bring back nostalgic memories in a new and unique story. The characters you meet are pulled from a wild range of absurdist humor, and as I've gotten to know the gentlemen behind I couldn't help but see bit of themselves in each character as I play through. There is true passion and genuine care put into this game, it's characters, and the story as a whole that makes me proud to know two such truly creative and genuine minds and I hope everyone can find something to enjoy in the first chapter of Bluke Bifton's story. I cannot put into words how genuinely happy it makes me to have been witness to this creation and graciously granted a chance to experience this before release. Also chapter 2 better have romance trees or I'll be pissed
You can tell that a bunch of love went into this game. Playing through each of the different story paths was a blast, the art was amazing and the mini games were very fun. You should definitely pick this game up if you have a chance.
I've been bluking it up! The comedic characters, multiple storylines, and PAUL are all FANTASTIC! I can't wait to see where the adventure will take us! <3
contains the best burger minigame of the decade
I can't believe I spent all my money on corn...I just needed one more...
this game rocks the wife watched me play the whole thing heh
Really well put together game quite enjoyable. I hope there is a fishing mini game in an upcoming chapter. I loved the vocal range and emotional performance put into Paul's voice acting, credits to his voice actor. Can't wait for more adventures of The Zesty Boys in chapter 2!
What a fun game this was! With the whole game being voice acted, it was super fun to see how the dialogue and scenario changes based on decisions made throughout the playthrough! The art and animation blend together with the writing to make a charming and replayable adventure! Can't wait for Chapter 2! Captain Munch is the goat!!!!!
Quirky, fun, great voice acting, and you can really tell the developers put their heart and soul into the game!
