Hellblade II: Senua’s Saga

Der erste Hellblade Teil ist einer meiner absoluten (!) Favoriten und ich hatte mir viel erhofft vom zweiten Teil. Ich bin leider bitter enttäuscht worden. Ja, die cinematischen Elemente sind wahnsinnig hübsch, aber es hat sich oft wie ein Walking Simulator angefühlt. Einer der besten Kampfelemente aus dem ersten Teil wurde entfernt, was es für mich beinahe unspielbar gemacht hat. Ich fand, dass die Stimmen im ersten Teil EXTREM gut platziert waren, sie wirkten authentisch und haben im Kampf geholfen. In zweiten Teil hatte ich das Gefühl, dass alles erklärt wird, immer und ständig, was viel von der Atmosphäre genommen hat. Auch die Stimmung aus dem ersten Teil (Senua ist auf sich alleine gestellt, und geht literally allein in die Hölle) ist abhanden gekommen. Sad to say, aber ich kann es persönlich nicht empfehlen und bin immer noch sauer. So.

Para quem gostou do primeiro, não é novidade que o tema é sobre os distúrbios psicológicos. Os produtores conseguiram retratar com detalhes como o cérebro afetado desenvolve reações inusitadas. A história é criativa com base na mitologia. Para continuar avançado no jogo foi mantido o critério de encontrar peças para abrir as passagens. A personagem apresenta uma série de alucinações e na maior parte convive com a escuridão. A imagem retrata de forma espetacular a sua angústia e visões. No final, fica a impressão de que a série continuará. E, tem um filme sobre a produção do game e outro da história.

Pure Art I genuinely don’t know how to put into words what this game made me feel. Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II isn’t just a game. It’s an experience. A piece of art that completely pulled me into its world and stayed with me long after I finished it. The cinematography, the direction, the atmosphere, the sound design, the storytelling… EVERYTHING is unbelievably beautiful. Every scene feels like it was carefully crafted to make you feel something. But what hit me the hardest was Senua herself. Her pain, her fear, her strength, the way she sees and experiences the world… I felt so emotionally connected to her that some moments genuinely broke me. I wasn’t just watching her story. I was feeling it. This game touched something in me that I wasn’t expecting, and I honestly think I’ll be thinking about it for a very long time. A masterpiece. A hauntingly beautiful work of art. 10/10 doesn’t even feel like enough. 🤍

This was amazing! The graphics are just mind blowing and the story and storytelling is awesome! I enjoyed the level design, the riddles and the overall experience of Hellblade 2 although 1 was a little bit better from a story. Only the battle I didn’t enjoy a lot. I think this is the best looking game for my mobile gaming setup I have ever seen.

It is good story based game, unfortunately lacking in game mechanics which are very simplistic if you played previous one. There is not much novelty in riddles, fight is exactly the same. Story takes Senua different, more outward path, meeting actual other people which is nice breath of fresh air. Despite all of that I recommend this game if you can get it cheaply and rush it just for story and northern vibes which work well.
