About
Join the chaos of war and be a part of the most iconic battles of WWII across the Eastern and Western Fronts as well as North Africa. Key battles include Carentan, Omaha Beach, Stalingrad, Kursk and more. Hell Let Loose drops you into the action, where you will have to fight across fields, bridges, forests, towns and more war-torn environments! Lumbering tanks will be dominating the battlefield and crucial supply chains fuelling the frontlines, you are essential to the colossal, combined arms warfare.
Take to the battlefield in this squad-based, 50v50 multiplayer game, and choose one of our 14 roles available within the Command, Infantry, Recon and Armour unit types. Play as an Officer, Spotter, Medic, Tank Commander and more, to experience every aspect of World War II combat. Each role is equipped with different historical weapons, vehicles, and equipment that are intricately detailed, bringing the realism to the brutal and bloody warfare. Unit focussed gameplay is crucial and when done well can command the tide of battle.
The combat takes place across huge, to-scale maps, recreated by utilising aerial and satellite imagery of real battle locations in stunning detail using Unreal Engine 4. These realistic battlefields are divided up into large capture sectors allowing emergent and constantly unique gameplay to evolve between the two forces of fifty players. Work as a team and make continual large scale, tactical decisions as to where to attack or defend.
Hell Let Loose is not about kill to death ratios – teamwork is central to gameplay. Communication is essential. Players work together beneath the leadership of Officers and their Commander to take strategic targets on the battlefield and dominate the opposition. In Hell let loose, it’s always better to tackle things as a team. If you think you can handle the chaos of war, we’ll see you on the frontlines!

This game is so much fun. Lots of different roles to play for your team. I enjoy the squad based aspect and overall game play experience. Learning curve is a bit steep at the beginning but it doesn't take too long to get the hang of things.
PTSD simulator
Mucho mejor que Warzone y todos estos juegos comerciales.
Its a good game concept if it was played the way it was intended. But teamwork is foreign to a lot of the clown playing. If you like being a solitary player for the most part and spending an hour running up to the fighting only to be sniped when you get close...its fukn great. Or the players seeking some weird kill tally (That one is a head scratcher) by sitting on spawn points and whacking folks instead of just taking the spawn location down. Hypocritical in that you cant solo lock a tank (If you do you will get killed by the nerd admin folks) but players can solo lock infantry squads, all day (Multiple players can be on one squad) preventing other players from joining that squad. Sometimes there will be 4 to 8 locked squads with one or two players in them. Not to mention punishing squad members after their squad leader decides being a squad leader is no longer any fun and bails. Some servers will kick you from the game because of this. I dont know what the developers were smoking when they thought these ridiculous and backward rules up? Maybe this game is loaded with cry babies and whiners and they are appeasing nerds who lives revolve around being a top dog in a video game? Who knows, but its gets old....REALLLY FAST.
I like this game a lot. It’s kinda like War Thunder but an FPS and not as ♥♥♥♥ or greedy. I love the teammates and the teamwork you need in matches, definitely a good community. My only complaint is that the game is very laggy sometimes. I don’t know if it’s my PC or the servers.
not worth the money every game i join my teammates are toxic, no communcation what so ever, and they scream at you when you are trying learn
no more german fathers coming home from the front bc of me
So fun
not a fan
Have you ever died to a bush 10 times and enjoyed it? I have. The thing is, once you kill said bush, you will enter nirvana. I mainly play shooters and this is my favorite. I'm interested in WWII and this game makes you feel like you're there. A true PTSD simulator. There are so many different roles to play. All with their own levels to grind and tactics to learn. I keep coming back to try a new class, and pop some gerrys. Unfortunately, the resolution isn't great on my setup, and sometimes the servers are spotty. Team mates without mics are annoying, because there is a lot of strategy in this game. Sometimes it is hard to get a squad leader who will place spawns. This leads to some matches being lopsided. Still love the game though.
