About
Helen Keller Simulator is an experimental exploration game where you navigate a world without sight or sound.
With no visuals and no audio cues, you must rely entirely on whatever you stumble upon.
Let subtle tooltips guide you as you collect items, avoid unseen dangers, and traverse unfamiliar environments with no clear map or direction.
Each new area is only revealed as you find it, challenging your sense of space, memory, and orientation. Death is possible, and progress depends on learning how to feel your way through the darkness.
This is not a game about winning or a linear story. It’s an abstract, difficult experience meant to immerse you in an unfamiliar way of perceiving a world.

A powerful testament to the immersive experiences that can be achieved through gaming. Hopefully a VR remake is in the works so I can go full Helen.

This has to be one of the best games I've ever played the developer team really need to pat themselves on the back for this one. Its one of the most engaging games you can play on the market right now the sound effects and visuals are unrivalled. The developer team are also really cool :)

Where to start... this game, this was life changing, from the stunning visuals to the immersive audio, (side note: they need to make a soundtrack fr) this is game of the year material, I have never in my life played a game like this, I hope to see more in the future, Maybe a game about Laura Bridgeman and Haden Girma? that would be very interesting to see playout. Anyway enough with my rambling, I highly recommend this masterpiece.
Game of the Year, but it pushed my system kinda hard
"you've entered the battlefield." started to die laughing. No notes. Best $3
Helen Keller Simulator was a life changing experience for me, before now I never really realized what it felt to be the way she was, the way i got to pick up books and interact with the world was stunning. However what I didn't expect with this game was it's beautiful story, my goodness, the story... It was a masterclass of twists and turns involving great character moments such as Helen Keller entering the grasslands, that was the moment where, to me, the game really picked up for me. I laughed, i cried, it moved me. However, what really cemented the game to me was the masterclass that was the ending, the writing for the ending felt like it flowed more than a fountain pen with an ink thinner. The fact this game has barely any downloads or barely any recognition is astounding to me, as this experience would be worth 70 dollars. The achievements in the game are fun and difficult at the same, time, a perfect balance, much like the game itself. I had so much fun getting run over by a car or picking up 100 blades of grass. Most people want to wait for games like GTA VI to come out not realizing the masterwork of a game that lies beneath the thousands upon thousands of steam games, I am grateful to god that I was able to find this game, as it changed the way I look at life.
Honestly I have never really took the time to write a review for a game but this just blew me away. I really felt like i was Helen Keller. I have only played for 15 minutes and I already think its easily game of the year. GTA 6 has no chance of topping this game.
My PC was only able to run it for about 10 minutes, but from what I played, it is a complete masterpiece. Will make more progress once I upgrade my PC, can't wait for the DLC!
Great story
