Pretty good shmup-type game from PopCap's good old days. Plenty of variety in enemy types and bosses, good music, and a solid progression system. The learning curve is not steep, but the later levels do get quite difficult, so you better earn that happy ending if you want it. Survival mode is an endless mission where the goal is just to survive as long as you can. One major and glaring problem with the game is that both your fire and your tank follow your mouse at all times. So you cannot move in a direction and fire in another, which is very problematic when dealing with the various enemies that kill you instantly on contact, or when dealing with the satellites that fire an instant-death laser directly under themselves.

Reminds me of known Arcade Game named: Metal Slug And yes, this is ROUGELIKE styled bullet hell game, where everytime you win mission you get one skill point to choose any upgrade you add
