its cool, i didnt really get scared by it, i want more lore though, i say its a 8 out of 10
Even though its a really small (20 minutes max with safe mode) game, this monstrosity has some serious horror atmosphere which can only be described as nerve wrecking. The game is really basic but works really well in vr and the story behind it is in my opinion quite disturbing. I was physically sweating in some areas out of pure fear, i've only felt like this in 2 other instances: 1. the headcrab infested hotel from HL Alyx and 2. the spider tunnels from Metro Awakening. This has the potential to become the next poppy playtime or fnaf BUT in vr, which makes it waaayyyy more scarier and gives it more potential. I hope to see a continuation of this or atleast some kind of extra content. 8.5/10 minimal content, nerve wrecking atmosphere, intense monster, disturbing lore, alright mechanics
Bought and played this on the meta-quest three store. I enjoyed it so much. I wanted to support y'all more in this game so I went ahead and bought played it on Steam. I absolutely love the steam punk/diesel punk industrial horror, mixed with biological horror and bio, mechanical body horror Would love to see more of the mech / body, horror, art style in the environment as a whole as well, like what we see at the end . and more unique by biological mechanical horror monsters. keep up the good work
I'm Jaking it
Very short game, but it makes up for it with good horror and story elements. It has an intriguing story and a very dark environment. The ambient sound and environment are very well done, very immersive. The flashlight doesn't illuminate much, which is both good and weird. The lack of footstep sounds during normal movement breaks the immersion quite a bit, though sprinting does have them. There's some replay value with the achievements too. Always support your indie devs.
Unfortunately I keep hitting an issue (which I am triggering, inadvertently) where a button on one of my joysticks of my Meta Quest 2 is hit, causing the flashlight to fall to the ground. No matter how low to my floor I get, or even touching it, I cannot "reach" the flashlight to pick back up. This game is as dark as dark can be and the flashlight is seemingly a requirement to be able to see anything at least in early game. This makes the game nearly impossible to play. If the devs could make it so the flashlight cannot be dropped, but placed in an inventory system instead, I would certainly re-play and adjust my review. Outside of that, the atmosphere, sound design, and aesthetics of the bunker were super cool and eerie!
Noped out really fast. 10/10 would p*ss pants again!
A scary horror experience where a mysterious creature uses AI to outsmart you while you find your way through a dark underground bunker. A shorter experience but challenging enough with achievements. quite a few QOL features like prefered hand option and safe mode. im hoping for more reasons to recommend the title with updates in the future.
had to take a ♥♥♥♥ after playing
