Haunted Hotel: Stay in the Light.

Наполненность игрового пространства (графика, звук, музыка, скрытый смысл): - Композиций музыкальных больше одной – это уже хорошо. Мелодии подобраны под игру. Звуки резкие, видимо, нацелены на то, чтобы пугать, но результат обратный. Отталкивает; - Графика вся темная, по сути – одна большая картинка и на ней виджеты камер, а переходя по ним, вы можете лицезреть, как ходят серые фигуры людей по комнатам. Слишком просто, все плоское (2 D); https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1387850890 - После выживания ночью вы можете купить дополнительные ресурсы: аккумуляторы, хилку для постояльцев и усиленный сканер;
🎮 Haunted Hotel: Stay in the Light 🎮
Daher auch keine Empfehlung! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGLRF2l9Gm8&feature=youtu.be Fairly dull gameplay with nary a jumpscare to keep you interested. No fullscreen mode. FNAF clone :/ Scanning for death doesn't help at all. Would not reccomend.
Welcome to Haunted Hotel: Stay in the Light, another Five Nights at Freddy's clone that doesn't manage to hold a candle anywhere near the game that it attempts to emulate. The game itself doesn't really rely on any scares, either; it's just pure "strategy", if you can even call it that, while trying to avoid Death as much as possible. The basic premise here is that you have to keep Death at bay for all eight of your hotel guests and yourself. You check each of their rooms, scan them to see if Death is present. If he is, you turn their light on and off to keep him at bay, and if he isn't you press on to the next room. There's also a hall camera, but it seems to do nothing; it will show Death, and illuminate room numbers, but when you go there he is not in the indicated rooms. You can't leave the lights on for long, otherwise your power depletes too quickly. Once the power is gone or all of your guests are dead, it's game over. That leaves us with just how nonsensical Haunted Hotel: Stay in the Light is. In FNAF if you observe certain cameras, you can usually tell where the enemies are going to go next. With this game, however, the only camera that is supposed to do that for you, doesn't. An additional kick in the butt comes with the knowledge that with each hotel guest death, your power drains at an absurd rate. On the second night within the span of a minute, two of my guests died and my battery went down to 50%. There are additional items that you can buy in the shop with your in-game money once you complete a night, but they're not even worth the effort. The extra battery manages to tack on a couple of percent and that's it. The radar is a one-use item. The "heal all guests" is too expensive to even think about getting. There's also this terrible white static each time you flip to another camera that is quite frankly headache-inducing and it may trigger seizures in sensitive people. Haunted Hotel: Stay in the Light is a game that doesn't even follow its on rules. Well, it sets rules for the player and enforces those, but Death doesn't mind cheating and going straight into a room after you've come out of it and then proceed to kill off multiple guests before you can even think about trying to visit their rooms. Sometimes guests will die in a second or two of each other; there's no time to get to a room at all. The horrible white static flickering between cameras prevented me from trying to play this any further, as I didn't feel up to putting myself through a headache for something as bland as this. Completely baffled. I'm gonna put this as simply as I can: Five Nights at Freddy's was by-and-largely successful because it started out easy on the player, and provided a clear tutorial. This game does neither. The ten-odd times I tried to get through the first night I attempted a myriad of "strategies", and completely failed to confirm a single one as viable. My progress towards that ever-elusive 6am goal wasn't gradual; it was all over the shop. I even appeared to scrape it to 6am once, and still managed to "fail". Then proceeded to not even make it to 4am on the next couple of attempts. The premise is this (and prepare yourself, 'cause it's an even sillier one than FNAF)! You have eight hotel rooms (and one hall) to monitor, via security cameras. Each room has a guest staying in it; all of whom spend the entire night pacing the floor and sleeping not a wink, until Death turns up to methodically scythe them one by one. Like FNAF, it's all about conserving power, so while turning a room's light on will keep Death away and/or dispel him temporarily to the hall, you can't just have all the lights burning away at once. Sounds simple enough, eh? Except that it all seems so utterly unpredictable. One time I even had THREE PEOPLE IN THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS DIE WITHIN THE SPACE OF THREE SECONDS. Literally "aaargh", "aaargh", "aaargh" on the soundtrack. How the heck was I meant to keep tabs on that? And that was on "Easy" difficulty: I can't begin to fathom what "Hard" is like. I see the devs have been doing the rounds, trying to explain the game mechanics to people who post negative reviews. I can only presume they'll do the same to me. And while I appreciate the customer service they're providing, it doesn't change the fact that the game itself is highly unintuitive and in dire need of a much better tutorial; and a much, much easier first level. It's just not fun having to perform this much trial-and-error to get the basic "gist" of a game, and for this reason I'm going to have to thumb it down. I will, however, give the same proposition to these devs that I've given to a few others: I would be happy to come back in six or more months' time and see if anything's changed, 'cause I can see potential here (even if this will never be the next FNAF). For now, though, I can't imagine too many people persevering for longer than I did. Human beings like games that reward them for their efforts; not just laugh in their faces over and over again, 'cause they're failing to fathom whatever in-joke the product appears to be playing on them. For the time being, at least, I recommend staying out of the light. Verdict: 4/10. Review copy provided by developer via Curator Connect It’s always interesting to witness the birth of a genre like survive the night games. Five Nights at Freddie’s not only ushered in a new wave of tense management sims, but also iterated heavily on the formula with its own sequels. That’s what makes titles like Haunted Hotel here so disappointing, that if anything they’re steps back from the games that spawned them. In this grim-ass hotel, a ghost (it’s really just the grim reaper) is going around murdering guests, and you have to keep as many alive as possible from midnight to 6 am. There are eight guest rooms, your room, and the hallway, and you eject the ghost from any of them by turning on the light. Simple, right? I mean, it pretty much is, and three nights of that doesn’t amount to much. You of course have limited power to keep the lights on, so you have to use a scanner in each room to see if the ghost is even there. If you’re looking at the hallway, several rooms get marked to check when the ghost vanishes. That saves you the trouble of checking every room, but there’s no foolproof way to keep people from eating it. Also, you lose a huge chunk of power every time someone dies for no good reason, which just makes those first few inevitable losses all the more frustrating. In a genre already crowded with sequels and creative riffs on the theme, this one is squarely in Why Bother territory.
NO IDEA ABOUT THIS ONE
