Game 100% broken. Devs didnt even care enough to leave a working local copy for players to use when they packed in their web server. I get it, Early access, yada yada but this shouldnt still be for SALE still if its broken and abandoned
Since playing this game requires connecting to a web site that no longer seems to exist, it may be a good idea to not but this game. It may be an even better idea if Steam took this game off the store since leaving it up to be purchased is more or less theft.
Servers are offline, game won't launch. Do not buy.

This game will launch to a blank screen. Do not buy this game! Server has been down for over a year without warning. There is no game that you will actually download!
DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY These developers are literally stealing your money if you buy this. The game is not functional anymore, at all. Read the other reviews, look in the discussions. Report the game to steam for fraud.
DO NOT BUY THIS, DEVELOPER SHUT DOWN THE SERVERS A WHILE AGO, AND OFFLINE VERSION WAS NEVER RELEASED. EVEN WHEN WAS WORKING FOR A SHORT WHILE, THE GAME WAS BUGGY !!!
Dev abandoned game, now it won't even start.
Abandoned
This game is impossible to play anymore until the servers are brought back up, it's an online-only game (all the processing was done by third party servers) that no longer has its servers running anymore. To quote the manual: "UI and executive code of Hardware Engineering is stored on our servers. The game therefore requires a stable internet connection in order to be played. Our decision is such because of the complexity of some simulations that are performed in the game, with the frequency of their occurrence rising as user proceeds to later levels. Without server-side simulations, our system requirements would be much higher, and that we wanted to avoid."
Instead of game starting, this junk displays advertisements!
