Hardspace: Shipbreaker

Space Union the game! This is a pretty intense game, the ships don't get any more difficult just more complex. I have played it since opening and.... yea this story this setting this everything really speaks to me and i think the age we live in where the things we break down are seemingly worth more than the people who made or break these things.

This is a fun, little game that is surprisingly addictive and perfect for short play sessions. Scrapping a ship usually takes between 45 and 90 minutes, which is just about right. However, I do have two complaints. Firstly, after around 25 hours of gameplay, the story starts to drag and the game becomes less addictive. Secondly, with only four ship types, there isn't much variety. While each type includes some sub-variants, they all feel quite similar.

It's so relaxing and fun to take a huge spaceship apart piece by piece, especially after you've managed to stick it to the man and unionize. I loved the story and the banter among my fellow shipbreakers.

It's just great. Its exciting at the start, where you learn new things and upgrade. The story is great. voice acting is great and you just get really involved and pissed at lynx haha. Then, when the story ends and you get the experience to do everything properly, for me it is just relaxing. Nothing unwinds me better than breaking down a ship or two after a long day of work (played over 200 hours on xbox before buying it on steam).

If you love sand box games that allow you to break stuff and take stuff apart I would recommend giving this game a shot. I will say that the amount of detail that went into the would be employment contract was very high. Not to mention the whole frustration of the other workers when they converse is pretty entertaining. Now I'm off to break some more stuff, maybe even blow up the whole ship lol.

Excelente jogo para relaxar. Casual ao extremo, mas de fator replay baixo, caso você jogue até fechar o jogo e não pretenda mais voltar. Comprei em uma promoção na instant gaming por um preço irrisório e valeu cada centavo. Você gasta facilmente 1h ou 2 pra desmontar uma nave.... e vale cada minuto

First of all, wow. This game is incredibly creative, and an entertaining demonstration on exploitative working conditions. I first played this on Xbox Gamepass and knew that I had to get it on PC. I'll make my opinion simple, add this game to your wish list, and when it goes on sale buy it immediately to play it. Is it worth the full price? Absolutely. But this is Steam, nobody in their right mind buys games unless they are on sale. This game is incredible for when you want to come home from a day of work and rewind with some simple, yet interesting gameplay. Buy this game!
