So, probably on my top 3 of my favorite games. It is a game that can be played at any time, it's complete, the gameplay is incredibly good, the ships are different from one another, I wans't expecting to invest this many hours in this game leading to 100% it. A game that has helped me so much during one of the hardest moments of my life teaching me a lot, even tho it's just a game, especially the endning speech of Weaver, that did touch my heart. and it's not only about cutting and savaging ships. it's way more than that. give it at try.
I'm glad that I finally came back and finally finished Hardspace: Shipbreaker! I enjoyed the storyline, but the real prize was the shipbreaking gameplay loop and goofing around with it ;)
came back to play again after a while, weavers a good dude, and feels nice to pass the time.

Personal Overall Rating: 7.6/10 Gameplay Mechanics: 8.2/10 Story/Plot: 7.2/10 Graphics/Visual: 7.2/10 Music/Sound effects: 7.4/10 User Interface/Experience: 8.0/10 Performance: 7.6/10 It's pretty fun dismantling all the ship parts and sorting out which ones go for processing, which ones for the furnace and which ones to the barge for reuse. Would be a even better game if there's more ships varieties, and more complex ways of handling various ship parts.
Much fun. Don't slam the reactor with the push. { Lessons were lethally learned }
Ta chido
I like this game even if it's story i find abrasive in a few ways. gameplay wise it gets a solid 8/10 i think there is room for a lot more fleshing out of hazard types and the base ship variety as it gets too samey after a while. story gets a shaky 7/10. there are parts i love story wise but i find unionization origin stories uninteresting. i did like seeing how the games antagonist started pissing off your coworkers each day; the eventual catharsis at the climax was well done. the character drama and payoff felt well setup and earned. i also like how the respawn system is an in lore mechanic to emphasize the dangerousesness of shipbreaking. QOL suggestions allow us to interact with other things like equipment and employee terminals before forcing us to end the day. sequel wants more hazards i want some hazards to be rare and feel like i'm slowly disarming a whole building that's been booby trapped. while i also want more hazard type and varieties more base ship varieties 4 basic ship frames was tolerable with the amount of variants in this game but the sequel needs at least 8 new base ship types to tear apart. i'd love for the sequel to have new enviormental interactions. sort of how cryo/fire behaves in this game.
Yes
It's nice and relaxing
