24 hours in, and I can say that this game have so much potential. Is fun to play alone or with friends, a lot of replayability and challenges. Various objectives for both rols, however, this game has so many bugs in story mode. I get that devs are more focused on multuplayer but there are so many bugs in singleplayer that is kinda funny. people that are saying this game goes on 20 fps, maybe low the res a little.
This is one you're gonna wanna skip (for now) it is RIDDLED with bugs and performance is TERRIBLE.

possibly the worst game ive ever played packed to the BRIM with the most lifeless sweatiest people youve ever met
Amazing game so far! Hope for more skins and maps in the future!
It feels similar to Friday the 13th: The Game, but with much better graphics. The jumpscares in this game are honestly one of my favorite things about it. It’s so much fun to suddenly realize that the killer has been right behind you without you even noticing. It reminds me a little of the feeling I used to get from Friday the 13th: The Game, because you rarely get this kind of genuine surprise in other games in this genre. The fact that the killer can literally be right behind you and you have absolutely no idea makes those moments incredibly satisfying—and sometimes terrifying. and I don't see what all the hate on this game is about, sure there is a few minor problems but the game is a TON of fun!!
This game is fantastic, and it's only going to get better. FOR THOSE OF YOU HAVING PERFORMANCE/OPTIMIZATION ISSUES, DO THE FOLLOWING: Managed to go from 30 FPS and super jaggy, to 70 FPS and butter smooth, by tweaking some default settings. Change the upscaling method to DLSS, turned up the resolution back to 100%, turned off FSR Frame Generation, set XeSS to Ultra Quality Plus, and all the settings below that remained on HIGH for me. And voila! 70 FPS. This is with an RTX 4070 and a 2K monitor. Good luck all!
This game has some issues, I had a bug where while I was unlocking the cellar escape my character had an increase in fear, which softlocked me. However, this may be the first asym horror game where the killer is not incentivized to tunnel or camp, and the survivors being toxic and looping is not a big deal. Michael can 100% leave the players alone until end game and just focus on NPCs which is a very fun loop. My only major issue is survivors using bikes to stun Michael, I personally think if they crash into him they should get dismounted or have the bike fly off in a direction, but instead the survivor can crash into him, then can speed and move away before Michael can stand up. This does very little and Michael can just leave the interaction with this ghost mode but it just feels very...unfun as Michael. Make the crash more impactful for the survivor so that they dont just cycle crash over and over.
