Become the champion of the Arena by besting your opponents in various brawls and tournaments. Prepare for an unparalleled combat experience where your every move matters. All animations and maneuvers are meticulously designed with a strong foundation in realism.
Your control over weapons is genuine, as we have crafted a combat system based on the expertise and feedback of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) practitioners and sword fencers. Through this dynamic system, players can immerse themselves in the intricacies of swordplay and learn the art of the game's combat mechanics.
Survive bloody battles to gain renown and claim wealth to buy new equipment or forge your own armor and weapons tailored to your combat style. Feeling confident? Bet on your success to potentially boost your earnings and further your progress.

Every story needs an end, and in Half Sword, it often means losing your head - quite literally. As this is a simulation game, death is final…
Be Warned: Half Sword is an extremely violent and gory game. I mean… we do have a Chief Blood Officer. Witness skull-crushing blows, limb decapitations, and gruesome displays of entrails and bloodshed, all intricately tied to the weapon and armor choices of both you and your opponents.

on the beta for me its the best chill game ever after the beta the game will be very hard liek to find the thing and to do the things before its more easy but at a rghit point now its very complicated and with fps crash
одна из лучших игр в которую я когда-либо играл, вместе с teardown и barotrauma
devs barely give a ♥♥♥♥ anymore and the game feels more unfinished than the demo, 3/10

I want to love this game, I really enjoy the physics and everything, but holy hell does it not like running. It crashed 4 times in the time I've played it, and I have since gotten a refund. UE5 just does not work for a game like this. As it stands, I cannot recommend this game, no matter how much I love its concept.
First new update in months: - AI now sprints into you mindlessly. My attacks tend to be the blunt force of a handle hitting them because I have 3+ enemies in my face at all times. - AI will stab through your armor reliably now - You will likely break a limb trying to move or attack because *new bone system* - No new content - Devs communicate weekly on WIP Wednesday by showing nothing but meaningless concept art. - Abyss - Axes are basically blunt weapons - Blunt weapons significantly worse than blades; no real reason to use them over a sword Still seems like a dead game. It was very fun for what it was, but the new version's AI and damage updates made even that worse. I enjoyed fighting enemies but now the experience is enduring them bum rushing you and hoping your limbs don't dislocate and break in half. I really hope they continue to develop the game, but no at this point I don't recommend you buy this. Play the tech demo to scratch your curiosity.
making the hard game with a lot of bugs ball torture in a single update is a choice
