This game yesterday released early-access and harder that i thought. Seems like arcade game which we(as the black square) fighting to others(
more than red squares
). (
Its so much fun while playing with max speed but i dont recommend it cuz you have 0 damage as flash simulator :D
) Pros: - Good variety for early access(6 weapons, 2 maps and 11 passives) - It's easy to learn but you have to be careful cuz squares hitting harder as red CJ - Very optimized Cons: -Weapons cannot upgraded or buying ammo, you can just buy the new one -
NERF THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ROCK WEAPON EVERYFUKCINTIME IM HITTING MYSELF(skill issue)
HaHa, developed and published by 2E, is a compact yet exhilarating indie arena shooter that fuses the intensity of bullet hell gameplay with the addictive progression of roguelite design. At first glance, its premise appears deceptively simple—you control a lone fighter placed in a confined arena, facing endless waves of enemies that grow faster and deadlier with each round. Yet beneath its minimalist exterior lies a finely tuned balance of reflex-based shooting, risk management, and incremental progression that makes every session engaging. The game wastes no time with exposition or complex systems; it drops you straight into the chaos, inviting you to survive for as long as your reflexes can carry you. The core gameplay is built around a straightforward but satisfying loop. You begin each run lightly equipped, with only basic firepower to keep you alive against an onslaught of foes. As you eliminate enemies, you gather power-ups, upgrades, and bonuses that gradually expand your offensive and defensive capabilities. Each run becomes a test of adaptability—deciding whether to chase a risky upgrade, hold your ground for survival, or dive headfirst into a swarm for greater rewards. The tension escalates continuously, and by the time you reach the later waves, the screen often explodes into a maelstrom of bullets and flashing lights. It’s here that HaHa finds its rhythm, forcing you to weave through danger with precision while juggling your growing arsenal of upgrades. The roguelite structure gives the game a strong sense of replayability. Every run offers a slightly different combination of enemies, item drops, and power-ups, ensuring that no two attempts feel identical. While the arenas themselves are modest in scale, their design emphasizes mobility and quick decision-making. There’s little room to hide, meaning survival depends entirely on your awareness and reaction speed. The simplicity of the mechanics works in the game’s favor—controls are responsive and intuitive, making it easy to pick up but challenging to master. Each death feels like a lesson learned, and each successful run offers that satisfying rush of narrowly escaping impossible odds. Visually, HaHa adopts a clean, colorful art style that prioritizes clarity amid chaos. The arenas are minimalistic but vibrant, with distinct enemy designs that make it easy to track threats even when the screen fills with projectiles. This visual readability is essential for a game of this nature, ensuring that players never lose sight of their character in the heat of battle. The fast-paced action is complemented by energetic visual effects—explosions, glowing power-ups, and the rhythmic flash of weapon fire create a sense of momentum that keeps your focus sharp. The soundtrack and sound effects reinforce this energy, using pulsing electronic beats and crisp audio cues to enhance the flow of combat without overwhelming it. Despite its strengths, HaHa’s limitations are evident after extended play. As an indie project with a narrow focus, its content variety is relatively limited. The number of enemy types, weapons, and arenas doesn’t expand dramatically over time, and players who prefer deep progression systems or story-driven elements may find it lacking in long-term depth. The repetition inherent in its design is intentional—it’s built for short bursts of high-intensity play rather than long, narrative-driven sessions—but this also means that its replay value depends largely on how much you enjoy mastering its fast-paced mechanics. There are moments when the gameplay loop feels too familiar, particularly after multiple successful runs, and the absence of major meta-progression systems or new unlockable challenges may leave some players wanting more. Still, the simplicity of HaHa is also its charm. It’s a game that knows exactly what it wants to be and executes that vision with confidence. It doesn’t try to overload the player with unnecessary mechanics or bloated systems; instead, it focuses entirely on tight, responsive action. Every moment of gameplay feels deliberate—each movement, dodge, and shot carries weight because survival depends on precision. The accessibility of its design makes it perfect for quick sessions, and its escalating challenge ensures that even short playthroughs feel intense and rewarding. HaHa succeeds as a pure, distilled form of arcade fun. It takes familiar genre conventions and polishes them into a lean, fast-paced experience that rewards focus, skill, and persistence. While it lacks the complexity or variety of larger roguelite titles, it compensates with immediacy and clarity—a game that strips away excess and delivers concentrated action. For players who enjoy bullet-dodging chaos, short but thrilling gameplay loops, and the satisfaction of mastering small arenas filled with danger, HaHa offers a sharp and engaging experience. It’s not a game that tries to redefine its genre, but one that refines it—turning simplicity and speed into its greatest strengths. Rating: 6/10
