good game about a spaceship in the genre of vampire survivors, nice control of the ship together with a huge number of weapons and crew makes a great replayability of the game
Vampire survivors, but in.. Space?? Quite an interesting space survival game, where we have to collect resources, build a ship, fight against many enemies, and try not to die. Overall, the game is very entertaining, many weapons and upgrades make the gameplay varied. And simple pixel graphics and soundtrack create a cozy atmosphere. If you like space-themed games, try this one.
If you read the review and liked it, don't forget to give it a thumbsup;)
The further - The better♥️

Demo does not work on Steam Deck. The full game does and its a good start, fun and lots of upgrade paths. It's not the easiest to move around and perform upgrades on the Steam deck, although combat plays well and is smooth. Trying to swap things out, upgrade, it takes practice to figure out the keys. I think a few things may need to be tweaked.
I have no idea how this game is rated so high. The UI is horrible with many elements overlapping making it impossible to actually read them when assembling your ship. When building the ship there is no indication of where the building zone ends. There are blocks that add the ability to build onto them and the only way to tell the build zone ends there is when there is no added green zone when you place one of them. The rounds are VERY short. basically 30 seconds to 1 minute of time and the round ends. I found there was a "endless" button but after i pressed it and played a few rounds with it on there was no change at all meaning the button did nothing. The game feels like a mobile game that was made for waiting in line to order something from a restaurant. just enough engagement to distract for a few minutes and then you put it down. when you play more than that you realize just how little there is to it.
I got the game for free, but damn I want to pay for it. This is a true hidden gem, such innovations and dedications are clearly shown. You may not even find the high variety of this game anywhere. It may take time to get used to the overwhelming start, but you will love it.
飞船幸存者,跟搭积木一样,把有特色的武器安装在一起,在固定的圈圈里打怪收集资源,升级后可以挑选船员,带各自属性,就是这个中文翻译太那啥了,好多都看不懂,建议重新润色一下。
Fun and ambitious, with a lot to do. The UI could use some polishing.
Solid gameplay loop. There a campaign mode where to farm money, materials, and there is a town mode where you use those resources to build your town. The RGN factor in building your ship keep it entertaining.
Starship Scramble is a fast-paced indie game that mixes strategy and action in a vibrant sci-fi setting. Navigate, collect resources, and battle, all in procedurally generated levels for high replayability ♥ ♥ ♥
Initial gameplay review after a bit over half an hour is... Meh. I'm voting this a "Do Not Buy At Base Price" game. Some item descriptions read like "Engrish," graphics customization options include one to set the frame rate cap to 30 or 60 FPS which is absurdly low, trying to control the game with a controller and mouse apparently causes the game to constantly try switching between controller and MKB control schemes resulting in very stuttery movement when using your controller to move, between-wave ship customization doesn't seem as easy (or perhaps even possible) with a controller as it is with a mouse, there is no tutorial or manual, and when you open up the keyboard control list, *not* the keyboard customization window, my Options menu/window got stuck on it until I restarted the game. I'm also not terribly keen on how your ship auto-rotates to specific points based on how you move your analog stick in a "move stick to 9 o'clock, ship turns to 9 o'clock" fashion instead of "turn right while holding right." That doesn't feel right when you're moving around, turn your ship to avoid projectiles, and when you stop turning your ship your ship doesn't stop turning. All of that is, ultimately, fairly minor. The real reason I recommend against purchasing the game is that it defaults to WASD for keyboard controls meaning it's excessively difficult for me to use, and there is no keyboard customization available. Even the option many other Unity games have where you can customize controls outside of the game doesn't seem to be available to Starship Scramble. I can understand why locked gameplay controls were a thing in 1985 and even 1995, albeit to a lesser degree, but there was no excuse for any developer to not include control customization in 2005 much less 2025. Worse still The game looks nice, and while it uses stock Unity music it's not bad music. In fact it's music I've heard before in better games, albeit games from different genres, like Star Valor. The lack of control customization is why I'll be refunding this game though.
