Dead Game, never buy. steam still allowing key to be sold is a scam and a shame
Grab some friends, a bit of fun for a couple of hours.
2025, and this is still fun and nostalgic to play with a group of friends on a private server. I still love GoIO with my heart, but as the main servers are becoming more and more empty, I feel like the goodbye may happen soon. I'm grateful to Muse Games for Alliance. It keeps the legacy of GoIO alive still, and I believe their upcoming new game is going to give the same warm feelings. I just hope that one day we will get another steampunk game like this.

Once a great little steampunk co-op game. - Sadly a shadow of its original self due to low player count. - You can find groups on discord, or alternatively play with your friends. - Co-Op/ PvP modes. - Does have an AI bot mode which can get you by in most instances but makes for dull play. - Having teams of 4 actual players would be most beneficial. - Three roles to choose from, Pilot, Gunner, and Engineer. - Airship battles are fun to play. - Faction War, basically vying for territory. - You can't go wrong the price. - Buying Alliance will give you the original game, meaning you can unlock achievements double. - Maybe it's nostalgia but despite the state of the current game I still rate this highly. Overall 7/10.

Ok. This is weird. Online and Alliance are the same game. You can't play them separately. Also, you get achievements for both at the same time. Pity it is dead, but if you have a couple of friends you can play PvE
super fun wish it had more players tho
Sea of thieves in air basically. Nice concept, but the game is dead and if you want to play it , it better be with friends or else it gets boring fast
Whilst the game is admittedly at its lowest player count, it is still surprisingly fun to play. Every weekend there are still hosted matches by devs and in game guilds going on, wich liven the skies for even jsut that moment into a blaze of glory. And PvE kind of makes sense now. With less time, being able to host a quick match and blow some things outta the sky feels pretty damn natural. If you gather some friends together, or hell, maybe a few crews, it is a ridiculous piece of fun taht will always have 10GB space on my drive. As to MUSE Games: Thank you for keeping this game alive. I wish you the best for Stars of Icarus. :)
Same as Guns of Icarus Online, but the full version. Fun and interesting steampunk ship management and aerial warfare, but dead game.
