I decided to check out the rest of the defenestration trilogy after Tactical Breach Wizards. As the first game in the trilogy, this one is a lot smaller and narrower in scope, but it's overall very well put together and it has fun and interesting mechanics. The story is a bit mid but still entertaining. Overall I recommend it

Short, sweet, full of charm. Puzzles are easy enough to figure out and by the time you think "okay I'm kinda done with what they've had to offer" the game hits its dramatic conclusion. Excellent little indie game that doesn't overstay its welcome and if you're anything like me leaves a stupid grin on your face a good 70% of the way through. Plus you get to write and share your own post-game action report!
Great game. First played in 2014, playing again now in 2025 on Steam Deck and it's still good. There's a couple of small bugs but there are in-missions autosaves and manual saves, so worst comes to worst you can reload. It is short and sweet, but it has a level editor and and player levels on the Steam Workshop.
7 dead. 12 injured. 20 jobs. $13,000. I've had better weeks. They don't let me name names on this blog, but the person behind the hit I was investigating is dead now. He played a dangerous game: insulting my hat. The trigger man's going down. That would have felt good if I hadn't just taken a seven story body slam. I don't know. I guess I picked the least ♥♥♥♥♥♥ of two incredibly ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sides. Maybe that doesn't matter. Maybe all that matters is that I now have the ability to kick down doors. Either way, I think I need 10ccs of ketamine and a Columbo marathon. All in all, this is a wonderful game and I can't wait to replay it for the achivements and to speedrun. 10/10
Way too good. "Short" puzzle experience that will make you laugh out loud with a nice noir/futuristic story. On top of the good puzzles the game is a good and simple sandbox, you are kind of forced to have fun and experiment. If you like hacker games, stealth games or games in general play this indie gem.
An absolute gem
Defenestrate your heart out
Funny and a great puzzle game. Short, but well worth it.
