It's called "Gunpoint" but you can't get into a gunfight without screwing up the level

Very fun and funny short puzzle stealth game experience, was very engaging figuring out how to knock dudes out I was nowhere near as a chain reaction set up of hacked nodes.

Good short game that doesn't overstay its welcome, and I really did love the way in which the gameplay allows for all sorts of different approaches (fundamentally it's a stealth game but you can choose to play either as a ghost or a murderous slasher villain stalking the shadows) and I really did like how the story unfolds itself, and how player choice and agency matters. That and the ability to rewired circuitry in buildings opens up so many different ways to go through levels. I for one love rerouting light switches so that they slam doors shut on people and trapping them in rooms, but there really are so many different things you can do with that. Also a game that I wanted to get around to playing in full for over a decade now and it does feel nice to come back to something I never fully plunged into. Note how this game also took me a little over a couple of hours to beat.
Simple and short puzzle game. Cheesy dialogue choices but I find it funny enough. Had fun
Great game. First played in 2014, playing again now in 2025 on Steam Deck and it's still good. There's a couple of small bugs but there are in-missions autosaves and manual saves, so worst comes to worst you can reload. It is short and sweet, but it has a level editor and and player levels on the Steam Workshop.
Short, sweet, full of charm. Puzzles are easy enough to figure out and by the time you think "okay I'm kinda done with what they've had to offer" the game hits its dramatic conclusion. Excellent little indie game that doesn't overstay its welcome and if you're anything like me leaves a stupid grin on your face a good 70% of the way through. Plus you get to write and share your own post-game action report!
7 dead. 12 injured. 20 jobs. $13,000. I've had better weeks. They don't let me name names on this blog, but the person behind the hit I was investigating is dead now. He played a dangerous game: insulting my hat. The trigger man's going down. That would have felt good if I hadn't just taken a seven story body slam. I don't know. I guess I picked the least ♥♥♥♥♥♥ of two incredibly ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sides. Maybe that doesn't matter. Maybe all that matters is that I now have the ability to kick down doors. Either way, I think I need 10ccs of ketamine and a Columbo marathon. All in all, this is a wonderful game and I can't wait to replay it for the achivements and to speedrun. 10/10
Lovely little stealth hacking game, fun story, very replayable. Love the frogpants more games should have them.
