Longly associated with the hit Call Of Duty franchise, the Emmy nominated grimace run trilogy has finally received its third and final installment… never before has a video game had such an influence on the human species as the legacy of the grimace, a legacy which I believe will continue to grow only exponentially as the years go by. Never have we seen something quite like grimace run, which truly shifts our perspective of the meaning of a “video game.” With numerous spin-offs, tv shows, and even a grimace themed restaurant and up-and-coming amusement park already under his belt, the grimace truly is a force to be reckoned with in the digital sphere, and it is only fitting that he also branch into the media of video games. I can proudly say that I have been one of the first to play the game, and it has surpassed my expectations in every way possible. First of all, the art direction is the best I have seen in years, even surpassing games such as Psychonauts and Borderlands with its amazing, state of the art texture and bitmap rendering, which has been greatly improved since The Grimace 2, Electric Boogaloo, already one of the best looking games in history. Next, the gameplay is tight and challenging. Less is more, so the grimace says, which is why there are only four usable buttons within the game. But this happens to work greatly in the favor of grimace, as the game has a high skill cap needed to even admire the game, and I have yet to beat even a single level. What culminates from these subtle design choices is an addictive and challenging game, one which I believe to truly be, the Dark Souls of platforming.

The best game known to man, not for the faint of heart . Not only is it the best thing to ever it can cure all ailments and do your taxes for you there is no reason to not download this masterpiece.
