Ho comprato tutti i DLC. Consigliato
Graveyard Keeper was my first game in this genre, and what surprised me the most wasn't the management systems—it was the game's personality. On paper, it's a cemetery management game. In practice, it's an intricate web of interconnected systems where every small objective leads to three more. You ask for a finger and the game hands you the whole body. Strangely enough, that's exactly what makes it so satisfying. Every mechanic exists for a reason, and slowly untangling that knot never stopped being rewarding. What truly elevates the experience is the writing. The world is delightfully absurd, filled with sarcastic, eccentric characters that feel memorable without trying too hard. The humor reminded me of Monty Python dropped into medieval bureaucracy—dry, clever and surprisingly consistent. The story isn't trying to be epic, but it constantly gives you reasons to want to know what happens next, with quests that naturally weave into one another instead of feeling like isolated errands. The game isn't perfect. A more detailed map would have saved a lot of unnecessary wandering, the fast travel system could have offered more destinations, and while the zombie automation is a fantastic idea, I never felt it reached its full potential (whether that's because I didn't optimize it well or because the system itself is a bit limited). By the end I was starting to feel a bit of burnout, but not because the game became bad—it simply had given me everything it wanted to teach me. And it taught me quite a lot. For a genre I had never really explored before, Graveyard Keeper turned out to be an excellent surprise: intelligent, funny, surprisingly deep, and full of personality.
Despite my previous save disappearing I have to say I really love this game.
Но нужно понимать, что играем почти, что спинным мозгом и куча гринда который порождает дофамины и новый гринд :) A great time-killer that's as addictive as a swamp. All the mechanics mesh together, making you want to stick around for at least a minute longer to complete what's definitely the last action of the day. But you have to understand that you're playing almost entirely with your brain, and there's a ton of grinding that generates dopamine and more grinding.
Fun game
