This game is great for a sitdown and grind, relax and unwind after a long day, id compare it alot to stardew valley albeit it is darker and more rated R than stardew is, i still think its a great game, and im just now starting all 3 dlcs and im looking forward to them very much

This is what I wanted stardew valley and chef rpg to be, but I just didn't know it. I claimed it for free. I purchased the DLC on sale. The cons to save your time: First off, the progression is slow and difficult and the tutorials are horrible. Just... Horrible. A tutorial is supposed to teach you how to play, right? Well, they don't do that. At all. They introduce the "idea" of the mechanic, the principle of that part of gameplay, then you struggle until you just leave the wiki open while you play. Don't buy this game if you do not have a separate screen or device for the wiki. I think the story isn't for me, until it gets to the odd humor you'd need to see for yourself to understand. The pros: But the gameplay... This is one of the best games ever made. Individual skill trees with various gameplay mechanics. instead of a giant skill tree with basically ALL the same gameplay loops disguised as something else, it's really different things that take from each of the 3 skill point types. Almost everything you do in game actually gives you skill points, so you don't need to then consider "do I want to have fun or do I want to grind for skill points in a thing I hate to do the fun thing that's not unlocked yet?" If you like farming? You can farm so much in this game. Want to automate it? Go ahead! Very grindy, but so worth it. Like mining? Well, there's a wholeeee skill tree for you! etc... Other/Disrelated: Runs on a potato laptop. Huge bonus. I really like the soundtrack. TIP FOR THE GRAVEYARD/ POSSIBLE SPOILER: Despite how many hours I've played, you can't get the white skulls any higher with the grave fencing or headstones than the body it's decorated... Oops. I wasted a lot of time and materials on burying the wrong bodies.

Fun twist to average liife, craft, farm and make friends games

Great cozy game with dark humor.

Pretty peaceful, nice to play at your own pace, I mostly worked on improving my church and cemetery
